721 Spinnaker Beach House

3 bedroom/2 bathroom Spinnaker. Beautiful, panoramic views of the golf course and lagoon. Spend the day relaxing on the private decks or screened porch. Enjoy the proximity to the Beach Club, Island House, Golf Courses and Beaches. Wonderful vacation rental! Be one of the first to rent this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom Spinnakers Beach Houses. As far as location is concerned, this one is tough to beat. Incredible golf course and lagoon views in addition to close proximity to the Beach Club, Island House and golf courses. Relax on the screened porch off the kitchen or one of 2 open decks on the golf course side. The living/dining room areas are open with high ceilings and lots of windows to bring the beauty of Seabrook Island inside. There is also an open deck off the dining room with a propane grill for your BBQ delights. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king bed and full hall bathroom. The screened porch is also accessible from the master bedroom.

Upstairs on the second level are 2 guests bedrooms; one room has a King and one room has a Queen. The bedrooms share a hall bath. Each guest bedroom has sliding doors out to private decks with expansive golf and lagoon views. Both bedrooms feature HDTV's.

As of 5/31/25, property will have a dedicated rental 6-seater LSV available for guest to rent thru Lightning Bugz via an app. (Instructions on the cart itself. All LSV questions to be directed to Lightning Bugz only. This cart rental possesses one of the available rental gate passes allowed for this unit.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.

Very comfortable villa with beautiful golf course view

We enjoyed this villa very much with 4 adults and 2 children. It was a little walk to the pool, but we usually took the car to the beach walk.

We loved everything about this place. The location allowed us to walk to the beach and clubhouse. The villa was clean, easy to access and easy check-in/check-out. We would definitely like to stay here again on our next visit to Seabrook. Thank you!!

Beautiful Newly Renovated house!

We had the best long weekend at this house! We had two babies with us, and it was so easy to get to the pool and the beach with strollers and gear in tow. Home has been totally renovated and the furnishings are just beautiful. Stunning view of the golf course and large double decks on the top floor! Loved it.

Nicely updated Spinnaker unit

We loved the location of the condo and the updating that the owners have done. The setup was nice with room for kids upstairs. We liked the updated bathrooms and the furniture was comfortable. We will be back! The only negative was having to kill a few roaches on the last two days of our stay. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it was a little surprising as everything else had been top notch. Just a note for pest control company to keep up the regular service.

Unfortunately, the bugs you speak of are Palmetto Bugs, they live in the Palmetto Trees on the island. Very ugly, but completely harmless. We wish you would have contacted us at the first sight, and we would have had your unit sprayed immediately! We hope to see you back on our beautiful island again soon. Christine

Great location, but not cleaned well.

Location on property was great. There is no en suite master, it is a small hall bath. The house was not clean, towels were stained and dirty and sheets were dirty. Dryer did not work.
