The host was good at communicating and checking if we needed anything. The house was well stocked and very clean. Having the beach so close was amazing and watching the sunset from our patio!

Perfect!

The house was clean, spacious, & newly furnished. The beachfront location at this beach was perfection. There were no crowds and the water was warm and calm. Great for swimming and beach walking. The house had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels too. Kitchen was well furnished. Short drive to many restaurants.

Family Vacation to Clearwater

We took our kids and grandkids to Clearwater for a family vacation. The house was perfect for our crew, and the location was wonderful!! The grandchildren loved the pool, and the beach is just steps away!! The whole family enjoyed it!! Memories to last a lifetime! The only downfall we had was that the keys were not where they were supposed to be, but the property manager was very responsive and drove the extra set of keys to us. It all worked out great! We hope to come again!!

Perfect vacation

The house was clean, had everything we needed and more! Great location, far enough from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater, but a quick and easy trip to good restaurants and fun. The kids loved the pool, and there’s nothing better than being able to walk right out onto the beach. Perfect views and gorgeous nightly sunsets. Take me back!

Always Beautiful!

You really can’t beat this place! My mom and I have been coming here for quite a few years now, and plan on coming back every year! It’s always clean. The beds are comfortable. You literally walk out the back door to the pool then there’s the beach! And the location?! AMAZING!! You won’t regret staying here! And Joanie, the property manager is the sweetest lady ever!!

Paradise in Florida!

The view of the ocean when we walked through the doors was amazing! The house was everything we thought it would be! The house was very accommodating to my family of nine and we loved having a more secluded beach. Joanie was great to work with when we arrived also!

Perfect Paradise

Gorgeous property with all the amenities and beautiful views. Relaxing paradise perfect for family getaway. Conveniently located to many restaurants but away from the hustle of more congested beach areas. Highly recommend!

Perfect units for a family reunion

Joanie and her team made the check in process so easy and were so responsive to our questions or needs. The location is stunning and we even walked the 1.7 miles to the nearby shopping and restaurants a few times. We will definitely be returning for the soft sand, sunsets, private pools, and comfortable, lux accommodations. Even the tiny Dove soaps and hair products were better quality than high end hotels! I’d give them 6/5 stars if I could.

Absolutely beautiful!

Went with family, 3 college aged kids and my husband. House was big, girls had their own quarters above garage, which was nice for them and us. View was amazing, right on beach. Close to stores/restaurants. Pool and pool deck were small, but good enough to cool off after being at beach. Overall, had a great trip!

Outstanding Property and Host on Belleair Beach!

The property was luxurious and the direct beach views and access were better than I imagined. The host was amazing and the property was perfectly prepared and ready for my arrival. I will definitely return to this property and highly recommend this property/host to others! 10 out of 10!!

Best family trip ever!

Our family had a special reason for bringing us all together after losing 5 of our loved ones over the last 3 years. We had two babies, an 11-year-old, a couple teens, and the rest adults from the 20's to me at 68. Each and every one of us raved about this property. The loft over the garage worked great, including the newly remodeled bathroom. Belleair Beach is perfect, not crowded and right off the pool deck of the house. The property manager was absolutely super, quick to reply to questions, and went the extra mile to help with anything we needed. Hoping to be able to return sometime to enjoy this excellent property.

Luxury on the Beach!

Upscale home with recent, high-end renovations. Very clean and well-maintained. The high ceilings and breathtaking views will make you feel like royalty the duration of the stay. The property manager was great to work with and very responsive to questions leading up to the trip. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms matched. Plenty of room for a large family. Great neighborhood with fancy homes and friendly folks. We were first concerned about the size of the pool but it turned out to be just fine and was very relaxing to enjoy a cocktail and enjoy the views after being in the ocean. We have found our new favorite vacation spot!

Fabulous Family Retreat

We had a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful and full of light. It’s clean and the kitchen is pretty well equipped so we cooked almost every night including using the grill. The grocery store is close enough to be easy but the neighborhood is very quiet without tourist-type shops. The beach was fabulous and we spent a lot of time there, in the gentle waves of the gulf, and also in the pool which was heated to a pleasant temperature. The view cannot be beat and it was very, very hard to go home. What a vacation!!!

55th Wedding Anniversary with family

It was a great place to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary. Children ages 3 to 12, grandsons, sons and their wives. Great beach, great weather. Well furnished and clean as a pin. Something my wife had wanted to for sometime. We will have great memories of the family vacation.

Great location

House and location were beautiful, safe, and clean. Beach and access to it was phenomenal.... like having our own private beach. We were very disappointed, though, in the pool--- it was quite small, much smaller than we expected or what was represented. Owner and property communication were excellent prior to and during our trip. FYI: It is not a free standing, separate house-- it is connected to three other similiar units. Parking was good. Had a wonderful week.

Annual Family Vacation

Every year my wife and I invite our adult kids and their wives, boyfriends, and girlfriends on our annual beach trip. We've done this for years and we always pick a spot in FL. This was our best house and location by far. Working with the property management was easy and they responded immediately whenever we had questions. This will become our future go to place for our family. Thanks for a great time and stay!
