Family vacation

Property was super convenient. Pool is right outside the sliding glass door, so just steps away. Check-in process was super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Another Great Stay!

Location to the pool and Harbour Town are hard to beat! Stayed here for the second time, the pool area is completely remodeled and the owner purchased a gas grill while we were staying which was very much appreciated! Had a great time and will book again next year!

Good location- Needs some updating

Overall we had a great vacation and the location was perfect for our family. Nice pool in the back with plenty of families around and an easy bike ride to Harbor Town. The carpets are in desperate need of cleaning or updating and some of the furniture as well. We also had issues every day with both TV and internet - the internet never worked the entire week. Not the fault of the property and the manager was very responsive, but if you need to do any work be advised you’ll need a back up plan.

Great stay

We have been coming to Sea Pines for more than 25 years and this was a great stay. We have little ones so the proximity to Harbor Town and the playground was important. We were pleased that the kitchen was adequately stocked with every kind of cooking gadget and utensil you could need. Lots of big bowls, pots and storage containers, which was nice. All the rooms were comfortable with lots of closet space. If you have a good amount of hanging items, would recommend bringing your own hangers. All bathrooms are updated, with the exception of the 3rd floor bath. When you call the management group, don’t be surprised if you just get a guy answering the phone with a “hello?”. It caught me off guard, but he is legit. Our family was very happy with the house and we would stay again.

Beautiful location

Check in easy. Very nice pulling in to this beautiful villa. Saw a ton of big bugs that looked like coach roaches but I know they weren’t it’s Hilton heads famous bugs they have that get inside the place but still very gross to see. They are huge so it freaks everyone out. Love how spacious the place is. Not very clean under the beds. My daughter dropped something on the floor and I got on the floor to pick it up and saw like 3 inches of dust Under the bed and the baseboards. Papers and pills were on the floor from previous renters. My daughter handed me two pills from the floor I never seen before. She’s 4 so I’m glad she knew to give them to me and not put them in her mouth. Besides that the place of location was very nice. The kitchen also had most of your needs. Two refrigerators and laundry. Pool was nice except the pool police/old lady that lives there next door was annoyed by our pool music that was down low by the way and it was appropriate music. She asked we turn it off and then my husband hung his towel on the balcony to dry it and she yelled at us for that and said we couldn’t do that. She was a Karen for sure. So rude to us!! Off of the property the beach was great. Saw the sunrise and sunset. Went parasailing. Loved that! Took the kids to the farm and rode bikes. That was our favorite part. The shops close by was also great. Lots of great places to eat at and grocery store close by. All in all great trip.

Fun vacation

We had a good stay. The condo was layed out so that we all had are own bathroom, which was awesome. My teenage boys loved having a floor just to themselves. And it was nice that my mom had her own space.We loved having the pool so close. The condo was clean. The location was great being so close to harbor town. I would have given it 5 stars but there are a few things that need updated. The mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. The front bedroom needs curtains, there were only shears making it hard to change without thinking someone could see in. There were broken house decor like lamps in every closet, which was weird and should have just been removed so it didn't take up space. The back sliding door needs to be looked at because it did not work right. One day we even locked ourselves out while in the patio. All in all the condo was good and we had a great family vacation. We always enjoy Hilton Head.

Great location Sea Pines

Renting process was easy, and price was reasonable considering the location near Harbor Town. But area rug in the den was dirty and carpet needs replaced upstairs. Also, the back on one kitchen chair was broken and chair should have been discarded before our arrival. Some cosmetic repairs need to be done throughout the unit.

Disappointing stay

We’ve rented properties many times and this had to be the most disappointing. In no particular order: there was a Mr. Coffee machine with a mismatched carafe so that it didn’t drip correctly and caused a big mess. It should be thrown away. They didn’t have any kitchen spices, not even salt and pepper. A former review said that the kitchen was well appointed. It looked as if someone had gone to a garage sale and bought a box of old pots and pans with mismatched lids. None of the four adults found the two king beds particularly comfortable. Before we came here, I had emailed the host and received no reply, so I called asking for confirmation that there was a gas grill on the property. He left me a message indicating that he was not sure and I should look at the pictures and check the amenities listed on VRBO. (It did not say there was a grill, but the picture showed one; that is why I asked.) What they had there was a charcoal grill, and it was rusty and filthy with grease and overflowing with ashes. One of the dining room chairs is badly broken. There were no basic cleaning supplies. The light over the kitchen sink does not work. Beach or pool towels would have been nice to have. There were no instructions for the tv other than to reboot it if it didn’t work. We were never able to get the streaming services to work. We had brought a DVD with us, plugged in an old DVD player that was in the cabinet, and watched a color movie in black and white. Finally, even though this condo was listed as child friendly, it has open railings and open stair steps (no risers) up to the third floor. The openings of the railings measured 7.5” across, so we had to keep a close watch on our very active two year old granddaughter all week. I don’t know if Hilton Head Vacations, Inc. manages all of the condos in Sea Pines. This condo does not have the feel of staying in someone’s home. It is run like a hotel, with small soaps, etc. and linens that you would get in an overnight hotel. We love Hilton Head, but would never come back to this condo or any condo that is managed by Hilton Head Vacations.

Great location, fun stay

We had a great stay, especially with 3 small children being close to the pool and playground. Property was in decent condition, but the dresser drawers in bedrooms were unstable and kept coming out and the bath tub drain sucked down one of our personal washcloths. Kitchen was well stocked, laundry worked great, beds were comfortable, although it was difficult to cool the upper rooms. Had some difficulty getting a parking pass and had to pay for an extra for the week, also got locked out of the pool when the code was reset without our knowledge. Property manager was able to help, but took some time to respond as he was busy with other properties. We would love to return here, and hope some improvements can be made to ensure an even better stay. Location can’t be beat.

A few improvements could be made...

We love Sea Pines and enjoyed our stay. There are just a few things that could’ve made our stay better. I would recommend leaving at least one extra trash bag in the condo for renters. We bought some at the grocery store but most rentals always have an extra at the bottom of the kitchen garbage can so if you forget to bring them, you aren’t in a bind. The curtains in the guest room on the second floor are sheer with no blinds so it’s very difficult to sleep in past 7 AM with the sun shining in. One last comment, many of the bowls in the cabinets were dirty when we got there. It’s kind of gross to pull out dishes and there is dried food stuck to them. I would recommend that the cleaning people check them before guests arrive. Thank you for allowing us to stay!!

Loved Sea Pines

We had a wonderful stay. The whole area of Sea Pines is very nice. We loved swimming pool right outside of our condo and the porch area on the back to grill out. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi didn’t work for three days and we couldn’t watch anything on TV but that was OK because we enjoyed walking the beach and riding bikes. We had a lovely visit.

Pool side fun!

This condo was plenty spacious for two families. And the back patio is directly beside the pool so the kids could go swim without a fuss. It was July during our trip so the pool water was HOT. It is also only a few blocks from Harbor Town where you can shop, eat and check out the beautiful boats and the lighthouse. All the stores on HHI were very good about encouraging EVERYONE to wear a mask so it felt very safe during the virus. We were able to catch the trolley to the beach one day but it was just as easy to drive our own car and there was abundant parking at Coligny. The beaches were more crowded than we had hoped but we still managed to set up our sun shade and have a good 6ft bubble. We’ve been coming to Hilton Head for 14 years and we always stay somewhere different.

Great Location with lots of extras

Excellent location, quiet area, really close to Harbor town, and a nice bike ride to the beach. It’s was great being able to bike to either side of the island! Having the pool right out the back slider was perfect for the kids! Updated bathrooms with the vanity area in the master is a great feature.

Terriffic condo a quick walk to Harbour Town.

We had a great stay at this updated, clean and convenient Stoney Creek condo. This is a 3 BR, 3.5 Bath three story unit with ample space to be comfortable. The second floor has two split bedrooms with their own baths and king beds in each, and the third floor has two double beds and its own full bath which is a great set up for adults, golfers or families. This condo has been updated. The bathrooms are nice, clean and the unit is well decorated. There are flatscreens in each room and the den, and the wifi worked perfectly. The back of the unit overlooks the pool, which is literally steps away through the sliding glass door. A gas and charcoal grill are provided on the rear patio. Best of all, this is located directly across from the tennis center, so you are a short walk to Harbour Town, the clubhouse, shops and Trolley Stops. Booking and check in was easy and best of all, the property manager took great care of us! We would not hesitate to stay here again.
