Location is perfect for walking anywhere. Very clean and has everything you’ll need, including your own parking space. Having the AC is definitely a plus. Would stay here every vacation to pacific beach.

The house was great!! The location is within walking to shopping, restaurants and the ocean. House was perfect for the four of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Perfect location close to the beach, but a quiet neighborhood. Immaculate, great beds and linens, all the amenities that you could possibly need. Our hosts were amazing and completely helpful…

The apartment was very nice. Clean, quiet and well located. A perfect spot for a reunion of friends. The kitchen is small but well-equipped.

Perfect location for beach goers!

We’ve enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive. It is only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. While the unit was generally great, one bathroom had a noticeable amount of mold, which prevented me from giving it a perfect five-star rating.

Great place

The place is very good, clean and comfy. It is fully loaded with everything needed including beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon. Host always online and replies. Close to coast, a lot of cafes, bars, and food shops. TV in every room, internet and parking. Super.

Nice stay

The property was just as advertised, clean, spacious and comfortable beds. It is just a short walking distance (10 minutes) to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. The owners were very quick to answer text. I would recommend this VRBO.

Just as advertised and more.

We decided to bring our out-of-state granddaughters to SanDiego for some beach time. The unit is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is just a few blocks from shopping, restaurants and the beach. It was immaculate and great for us and the two girls. The host provides parking, a laundry area, air conditioning and many other small amenities not even listed, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Host was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place

A friend and I stayed here in September. It was walking distance to lots of entertainment, restaurants, stores, bars and the beach. The place was clean and comfortable. I loved that we both were able to have our own bathroom to use and the rooms were on opposite ends of the apartment. I also love that they use a coded door lock instead of a key. The area was quiet and safe. The hosts were very nice and accomodating. I had no complaints. l would stay here again.

Great Property - Newly Remodeled and Fantastic Location

Let me start by saying we have stayed at this property before so when it opened up for our dates we grabbed it. The units are newly remodeled so everything is new and fresh. Location is fantastic. Close to the beach, restaurants and a small store on the corner. Included parking is great as on street parking is difficult to find, so being able to park and walk was great. We didnt receive the door code on check in day, but calls to the PM were answered quickly. WiFi was a little weak for streaming Apple Play to the TV, but not a big deal. We will continue to go back here when it’s available.

Great neighborhood location

This apartment was great for our San Diego spring break trip. It was a perfect location for easy walking to restaurants and the beach, and our kids loved the provided sand toys. The kitchen was well appointed and had what we needed to cook, and in-unit laundry was great. Our unit was next to another one and the walls between seemed pretty thin- it was easy to hear the people next to us, and was the biggest downside. It’s also directly across a sidewalk from another unit, so there was lots of foot traffic outside our windows at all hours. If those unit are empty, then it’s a great - but something to be aware of that it’s not a super private location.

Great Value. Interactions with the owner could have been better.

Great value. Enjoyed our stay. Interactions with the owner could have been better. Nothing that ruined our stay but enough to be annoyed. The showers didn't have any hot water but we were in a hurry to get the day started so we all took cold showers and reached out to the owner on the drive. Owner responded that they "forgot to tell us the shower valves are backwards" (so cold means hot and hot means cold). Would have been nice to know before we all took cold showers the first morning there. We also tried to do laundry but the washer was not working. Owner suggested giving us access to a different unit the next day but just seemed silly. Would have liked to have a working washer in our unit as advertised in the listing. Owner was quick to respond and kind.

From the designated parking spot in the back of the unit, there’s a locked gate you must go through. We had a lot of difficulty getting this gate opened Plus, we needed a flashlight to see the code This was frustrating from the beginning after a 6 hr drive and with a cranky 2 year old who who we had already taken out of the car. We finally did get it open While watching television in a room that has a common wall, someone knocked on the bedroom window and told us to turn the tv volumeDown. It wasn’t very loud whatsoever. We are.courteous people. But that was very annoying and had us paranoid about the tv for the next three nights we still had to stay there!!!! The air conditioning unit woke us up in the middle of the night !! It was making loud rattling sounds and at first, we thought it was the neighbor again ! We thought we were just a block from the ocean but we weren’t. We. Couldn’t see the ocean from any nearby block. Oh, and super negative is that the water in the shower took 15 minutes to get warm. We won’t stay here again Oh, and on our 2nd night there, someone was parked in our designated parking spot!! Super bummer

Great place to stay! Close to everything and plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. They even had beach chairs, an umbrella, and wagon to haul all your stuff to the beach. Pacific Beach is a new favorite for all of us. Really beautiful and so fun with all the activities. My only issue was the water temp in the showers of both bathrooms. Hot was cold and cold was hot. My husband figured this out fairly quickly though so it wasn't a major issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in SD

Very nice place with great set up for 2 couples. Only concerns: only one dish towel, shower door didnt glide smoothly, and coffee machine didn’t work. But overall we were very happy with this rental.

This was an amazing property. The house layout made staying with a family of 4 easy and relaxing. Having 2 bathrooms was such an advantage over other accommodations. The location is fantastic - close to beaches andbgreat food.

Nice Location - Easy Parking

The overall experience at this location was great. It’s in walking distance to the boardwalk. Parking is provided. The unit was nice and clean. There were a few issues that need to be addressed. The microwave door handle was broken. The hallway, bathroom, shower doors came off the tracks and almost fell on me. The bathroom faucets were quite loose. The refrigerator was nice, but the ice machine doesn’t work or it wasn’t hooked up although there was bags of ice in the freezer for us so that was nice. It was a benefit to have a washer and dryer in the unit.
