This three-story, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom retreat boasts a rooftop terrace, offering ocean & bay views with relaxation in one of San Diego's most cherished neighborhoods. Just a quick 5-minute stroll to Belmont Park, only steps to either the beach or the bay. You'll find yourself immersed in coastal bliss as you spend your days engaged in beach volleyball, basketball, or surfing ( keeping safety in mind regarding rip currents), and as the sun sets, leisurely wander the boardwalk before returning to unwind on the rooftop terrace, serenaded by the soothing melodies of the ocean waves.

We are located in a very quiet, high-density neighborhood of South Mission Beach with many full time residents. There are strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no-tolerance policy for excessive noise, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

It is required for guests to sign a Sports Equipment Release of Liability Form that will be sent after booking if they choose to use the bicycles or weights.

Amazing place and location! It had everything we need, and has plenty of space for a family. Literally a few steps from Mission Beach, is far enough away from Belmont park that it’s quiet, and has all of the comforts of home if you decide to stay in for a night or two. We’ll definitely be looking to stay here again!

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful time at the property. The location is perfect for both walking around in the evening and driving around to explore San Diego during the day. The house is perfectly stocked. There is a 1 car garage that is 10/10 for a small sedan (but might be a little too tight for an SUV). Overall, we would be back for sure!

THE HOUSE WAS PERFECT EVERYTHING ONE COULD NEED EXCEPT FOOD & A CHEF. THE HOME IS EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON THAN THE PICTURES. MY GRANDSON LOVED USING THE HUGE MASTER BATH TUB.THANKS COLLEEN FOR MAKING OUR STAY FANTASTIC WE APPRECIATED EVERYTHING CLEARLY DETAILED OR MARKED THROUGHOUT THE HOME. THE UPPER LEVEL DECK WAS OUR FAVORITE EVENING HANG OUT TO PLAY CARDS WHILE WE BBQ'D. ALL THE BEACH CHAIRS, WAGONS TOWELS REALLY LOVED NO NEED TO HAUL ANYTHING FROM HOME. SO CLOSE TO BELMONT PARK MADE GREAT EARLY EVENING WALKS TO EXPLORE THE AREA. THE MARKET ACROSS THE STREET HAS EVERYTHING & VERY FRIENDLY OWNER. WE HAD FUN AT THE BAY LESS CROWDED CALM WATER & ENJOYED WATCHING THE EFFECT OF THE SUSNAMI HAD ON THE TIDE IN THE BAY.

Great Location

The owner, Colleen did a wonderful job of answering questions and communicating. We had some lovely BBQ dinners on the top deck. The beach and bay are both so close. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. My granddaughter enjoyed the two nearby parks.

Great Townhouse & Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for, one of our criteria is having a coffee shop within walking distance, and there is a great option less than 100' from the townhouse. The rental was really well equipped with everything you'll want/need for your stay. The rental was comfortable, the rooftop deck was great and the living area worked great for turning on a movie at night.The beach and Boardwalk are very close and there is a nice community feel.If you have a large SUV or Full Size truck you may not fit in garage, the alley is tight (ability to turn) and there is overhead garage storage that limits vehicle size. A mid-size SUV or smaller would likely have no issue. We were not able to use garage for parking and found parking on the main street during our stay.

Heavenly Stay

We had a fantastic stay. Equal walking distance to beach and harbor. The place has everything you need. We all love it! My 19 year old daughter declared it adorbs! Colleen was very receptive and kind. Beds comfortable. Having stayed other places on Mission Beach prior, we really appreciated how quiet this place was at night. Rent it!!

Family spring break

Clean, well-equipped, and walking distance to tons of amenities. Colleen was super responsive and helpful. Our only issue was a concern about fitting a Chevy suburban in the garage (two-car stacked)- Colleen provided several alternative options for overnight parking but we ended up being able to squeeze in (not for the faint of heart). Overall, it worked perfectly for our group (me, my wife, and three kids aged 4 and under); would definitely stay there again.

2nd visit to lovely home in Mission Beach

This is the 2nd time we have rented this lovely home. Colleen is the best host we have worked with and we love staying at her home. Communication was fast, check-in and check-out were easy. The home had everything we needed for our long stay. The beds are comfy. The location is great. We would love to rent this home again on our next visit to Mission Beach.

Fantastic location, property and an even better property owner!

Fantastic location in Mission Beach! You can walk to the beach, boardwalk, food, Belmont Park (if you're into a retro amusement park experience), and much more. Colleen was an excellent communicator and helped make the stay easy and comfortable. The unit is awesome. Clean, great appliances and amenities like a rooftop for hanging out, all the beach gear you need, including bikes, a jacuzzi hot tub and comfortable beds. I highly recommend staying!

Perfect Location

This location and condo was the perfect spot for a long weekend trip with the girls! The deck was amazing. Walking to restaurants was easy. Definitely heed the owners advice about the garage as it’s a tight squeeze for anything larger than a sedan! Thanks for a great weekend!

Great Place to Stay

This home is close to the beach and the bay. Everything you need to make it feel like home is available. Things are well labeled making it easy to find. Kitchen well stocked with cook/bake ware, dishes, spices and storage containers. Chairs, umbrellas, toys, a wagon make time at the beach easy and fun. Colleen is a great host - always responding in a timely manner. We would stay here again.

Great beach house

We stayed at Colleen’s beach house with our family and my sister-in-law’s family (4 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 elementary school aged kid). The size and layout of the property was perfect for us. It was very clean, and extremely well-stocked with all the beach gear we needed. Super short walk to the beach and good restaurants/bars. The roof deck was awesome for meals and drinks. Colleen was super easy to work with and made sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend!

Property was nice and accommodating. Very convenient to the beach and boardwalk area. Garage for vehicle parking very convenient as street parking is limited. Walk to food options are limited.

We take great pride in our home and have taken many steps to make your vacation a memorable one. There is a 2 car tandem garage, which is a bonus in Mission Beach. We have provided many amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, Keurig Coffee maker with the pods, spices, paper towels, cleaning supplies, beach toys, boogie boards and more! Perfect location in a quieter area of South Mission Beach but still close enough to walk to everything.
