The ground level also features the entertainment zone, complete with a wet bar and sliding doors that open up to a large screened-in pool and lanai. With multiple lounging areas, chaise lounges, and shaded seating, it’s the perfect spot for relaxing after a day at the beach or gathering for an evening swim.
Enjoy brand-new smart TVs in every room. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property to keep everyone connected and entertained.
The beach access just steps from the home leads you to one of the island’s most stunning, peaceful stretches of shoreline, mostly frequented by locals. Before heading out, stop by the garage, which is fully stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys, and a large pull cart to make your beach day effortless.
The property offers ample parking for 5–6 vehicles (depending on size), and you're just a short stroll from the island’s free trolley service, which runs every 20 minutes and takes you anywhere you want to go. Prefer to explore on your own? Golf carts, bikes, and scooters are also available for rent nearby.

1. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is allowed outside the property only.
2. Quiet Hours for the entire island are 10PM to 7AM and are enforced by the City. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
3. Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. A cleaning fee will be charged if the property is left excessively dirty.
4. Turn off all lights, lock all doors and windows before leaving the property.
5. Please report any damages or issues immediately.
6. Do not take blankets, sheets or bath towels from the house to the beach.
7. No more than 3 cars maximum for overnight parking.
8. Keep all garbage and recycling in provided totes during stay.
9. Do not tamper with any of the pool heating or filtering equipment.
8. If you are vacationing with your dog, please remember to crate them if you leave the property.
9. All animal waste is to be disposed of in an appropriate manner.
