Despiértese con la salida del sol sobre el océano Atlántico y brinde por la puesta de sol en el puerto de la casa. Propiedad especial y primera vez disponible en VRBO. Vistas del agua en ambos lados. Ubicado en la playa, sin nada entre usted y el océano, excepto las dunas. Perfecto para familias con niños con un corto paseo a la playa y luego de vuelta a la casa para las siestas o bocadillos. Tres habitaciones pueden alojar cómodamente a 6 adultos o 4 adultos con niños. Dormitorio principal con cama king y baño en suite. Segundo dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y tercero con dos camas individuales. El segundo baño es un baño completo también con bañera. Cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar con muchas ventanas sobre las dunas y el agua. Perfecto para amigos o un grupo familiar. Este es el piso principal de una propiedad de alquiler de dos pisos. El piso superior también se alquila (la referencia VRBO para el piso superior es 1588009). Ambos pisos tienen una distribución similar. Cuando están disponibles, ambos pisos son el lugar perfecto para padres, niños y abuelos con dos cocinas completas, seis habitaciones y cuatro baños. Amplias terrazas con espacio de comedor al aire libre para 8-10 en cada piso. Instalaciones de lavandería en cada piso. Dos plazas de aparcamiento por piso. Lo más especial de esta casa es que ves, sientes y escuchas el océano 24/7. Muy tranquilo por la noche para un buen descanso después de un día completo en la playa.

Put you feet up and breathe

Simply lovely. The unit is spacious and bright. It is well stocked and although we’ve always been on a direct oceanfront property the view is lovely. We spent our mornings drinking coffee and basking in the sun. If you are looking for a place where you can exhale? This is it. Jane, the owner is lovely.Enjoy.

Beautiful spot, just as described!

The property was very comfortable and clean. There was great communication and we were mindful of neighbors and rules. The back patio area is the best part! It’s just gorgeous at any time of day!

lovely spot in wells

my wife and i stayed in janes house on the beach in wells for a week in early june. even with a few rainy days, we enjoyed our time thoroughly. the location is quiet, the house has unrivaled access to the beach. there is a large deck overlooking the scrub-covered dunes separating the house and the beach. water is visible from both sides of the property. we spent time on the beach and biking up and back from the house and ogunquit.

Sunrises on the deck.

This is our second time staying at this convenient Wells Beach location. And it did not disappoint. The first time there were no renters in the upstairs unit whereas this time it was rented out which had me concerned with noise. But other than muffled foot steps and some friendly interactions over the deck it really did not matter. Once again Jane, the owner, continues to be prompt with her responses to any questions.

Third visit

This was our third visit to this property as a family of four. We couldn’t wish for anything more! The location is perfect. The house is beautiful. The beach is super fun! Jane is terrific. We love the memories we are creating here each year.

Another wonderful stay!

This property is perfect for the Wells experience. Location is the best place to see both the sunrise and sunset with a beautiful view of both the ocean and the harbor. Jane is a wonderful host and very attentive before during and after the trip. Highly recommend!

Wonderful week at the beach

Jane’s home was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. Proximity to the beach was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our week in Maine! We took trips nearly every day to surrounding towns up and down the coast and also spent plenty of time at the beach. We even talked about booking the house again for the same week next year before we’d even left! Highly recommend this property.

The perfect sunrise

Each room facing east, the primary bedroom, living room / kitchen and another bedroom with a queen bed all take advantage of the sunrise with sliding doors so that it is easily seen from any vantage in the house. The house is perfectly set facing east unlike the majority of properties on Wells beach. The dunes and the 2 fir trees make the property feel very private despite close neighbors. The deck is even larger than imagined and includes a stone paved area as well. The shed had all the beach gear we needed and games, which was fantastic. The host was very considerate and helpful with local restaurant recommendations and points of interest. We loved this location as well as going right at the end of peak season. It was fantastic to see the beach at different tides and an easy walk to the town center by beach or street.

Vacation 8/21

This beach rental as all of the comfotrs of home. Linens and towels included, comfortable beds. Kitchens essentials to cook or grill. Close to stores and restaurants. Jane was extremely responsive and helpful and was committed to us enjoying out stay. Wonderful views of the dunes and the ocean with a light sea breeze. Plenty of beach accessories in the shed. Our favorite spot was the porch area - starting with sunrise with coffee and dinner with cocktails. The sand path to the beach was a bit rough when is was hot and humid. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return again. A recycling continer would have been helpful.

Comfy, Clean & Great Location

Janes property exceeded my expectations! So spacious and comfortable. It takes less than 2 minutes to walk through the dunes to access the beach- so easy! Plus the dunes gave you extra privacy vs. bring directly on the sand. We loved our stay here!

Better than remembered

This was our second trip to this property - it was even better than I remembered! We love the privacy the dunes provide and the layout of the house. Lovely home that takes full advantage of its spectacular setting

We had a swell time! My husband and I were so lucky to find this beautiful spot in our last-minute, "we have to get away!" search for a beach rental. It really checked all our boxes, and then some: situated on the ocean, just steps from the water along a dune path; a clean, comfy, wonderfully well-equipped house that allowed us to enjoy the views from nearly every room; an expansive deck (with Adirondack chairs, dining table, gas grill) to enjoy cocktails, meals, morning coffee -- all while gazing at that ocean view. And so nice, too, that the grocery store, lobster pound, and local restaurant faves were just a five minute drive away. Easy peasy. Jane was friendly, helpful, and communicative from the moment I submitted my booking request right through to our last day. She and her husband are conscientious hosts who take care of, and clearly value, their home -- and do whatever they can to make it a good experience for their VRBO guests. Thank you, Jane and Jim! We had friends from Boston who were able to join us for a couple of nights, and we only wished we had planned our trip earlier so our grown son and other family members could have enjoyed this special place with us as well. Next year!

Family week in Wells

We were a group of 10 adults and 3 children, and we rented the upstairs and downstairs units. It was nice to have space to separate the kids for naps etc. The walk to the beach is short, and Jane had all the supplies you could need for the beach. We had a small issue with hot water, but Jane had someone there to fix it within a few hours. My only complaint is that the upstairs unit had no cabinet space in the kitchen to store food etc and there was no microwave. Overall, we had a great week at the beach!

Beautiful beach getaway

This house was even better in person than the pictures. The layout is functional and worked well for our family with small children and even when we had other family members over to visit. You can't beat the location being right on the beach and having the added privacy of the dunes. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed for preparing meals and having a comfortable stay. Jane and Jim were absolutely wonderful hosts and we look forward to staying again next year!

Beautiful views

We started with my 3 you don’t sons and my mom and sister. Having 2 bathrooms was a real bonus and so was the AC in the three days we had very hot and humid weather. The walk to the beach through the dunes was tough on those days but it was lovely to come into the cool house. Everything you need is provided, just bring the black towels. We spent many dinners on the gorgeous patio and deck!

Jane, the owner, is extremely sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. She responds quickly to any messages right away. If there's are any problems with the house, she takes care of it immediately. I wish I could have met her in person. The check in was a breeze. A lockbox on the front door, a quick code, and your opening the door with the key. Her house is gorgeous. Its all so clean and beautifully decorated. It makes you feel right at home and Jane did as well. There's everything that you could possibly need and more! The beds are so clean and comfortable. I love that we didnt have to pack linens, they're included and so are towels. It its an open kitchen, dining room, and living room, its so airy and spacious. The bathrooms are great, two full bathrooms! The master bedroom has one of them. Two of the bedrooms, master and one other, have their own sliding doors to the deck. There are stand alone fans for all three bedrooms and AC if its gets too hot, heat of it gets too cold. On the hottest days, all we had to do was open the sliding doors to the back deck and opened the windows in the front and there was a perfect breeze so it stayed the perfect temp. Now, the back of the house is spectacular! There is a covered part of the deck, then beautiful cobblestone, and then the huge deck with views that go on forever. It overlooks the ocean, and dunes, and the jetty. The sunrises just are breathtaking and across the street you can watch the sunset, which I've never seen neither a more beautiful sunrise nor sunset. There's even your own private walk away to the beach. Jane made sure before we arrived that the gas grill on the deck was ready for some grilling. We even had a bald eagle land in one of the pine trees on the side of the house! I already cannot wait to go up again next year and stay there! I think maybe two weeks because 10 days were not enough. Thank you Jane! Because of you and your house, our vacation was perfect!!

Great stay

Attractively decorated house, nicely appointed kitchen, beautiful views across the low dunes to the beach and ocean, spacious rooms and great outdoor living space. All four of us thought the house was very nice. We would definitely want to stay there again.

Great stay.

Great location and view. We loved relaxing on the large deck on the dunes. The kitchen is well stocked and met all our needs. Jane is very friendly. She immediately responded to a problem and handled it very quickly.
