The house, the pool, the hot tub, all the wonderful seating in the backyard, the beautiful neighborhood, and the location. The host was probably the best we have ever dealt with.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We enjoyed hosting your stay.
Communication was very easy through text and Bonnie was quick to reply and answer any questions. The house fit our family very well. The neighborhood was a great neighborhood for evening walks and the park across the street was always active with pickleball, volleyball, playground, etc. The pool, putting green and hot tub in the backyard was as good as it appears in pictures.

Thank you so much for allowing us to host your family! You are welcome any time!
The outdoor area, patios, grill, pool, etc. Was excellent ! The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very clean, safe, and had a great park just across the street from the house that was awesome. The grand piano was a really awesome treat. The owner was very easy to contact, and responded quickly. The only reason why I gave it a “ good” instead of an excellent rating, was there were many small things that did not work. Like, the ice machine in the refrigerator was broken, only half of the Jets worked in the hot tub, the queen bed in the spare room was very old, the automatic pool sweeper was broken, light bulbs were missing in the side lamps in the bedrooms. Things like this did not interrupt the use of the house, however, it was an inconvenience. So I would recommend this property, but be aware there may be some inconveniences. Maybe a better price would be appropriate.

Thank you for sharing. It is unfortunate that you waited until AFTER you checked out to bring things to our attention. With the exception of the ice maker, everything could have been ( & was) remedied in 15 minutes or less. The jacuzzi jets were turned off by someone and a simple turn of the knob was all that was necessary. All jets work great.
We have had a repairman look at the ice maker several times but have been unable to get it working consistently which is why we provided bags of ice for your convenience.
The queen bed was purchased new in 2021 and is sanitized regularly and a cover placed on it. Full time (Daily) use recommendations are to replace every 7-10 years.
The weekly pool service kept it clean (I have pictures) and although a small part needed replacing, the sweeper was functional.
You were provided additional cleaning service at no extra cost because you were longer term and yet you remained silent instead of bringing your issues to our attention.
Again, while we do our best to provide a first class guest experience, we rely on others to bring things to our attention that may otherwise be overlooked. It’s truly unfortunate that you chose not to communicate when you knew “the owner was easy to contact and responded quickly”. For future rentals, I higly recommend that you contact your host when you have an issue instead of leaving a “to do” list on the counter and an adverse review.
The host was extremely helpful and friendly. The home was wonderful. We spent much of our time in the beautiful backyard in the pool and hot tub. Kitchen was very well equipped. Highly recommend!!!

Our family loved this property! The backyard was amazing. We used the pool- spent hours in it, the little putting green, and the bbq. The kitchen was well stocked and the couch was comfy to hang out together at the end of the day. The owners communicated well and left an informational binder for us. It had everything we needed. We would absolutely come back again!
