Sunshine Oasis with heated Saltwater pool

3 bedroom 2 bath home in west Bradenton just minutes from beautiful Anna Maria Island with miles of white sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, deep sea fishing and parasailing. There is free parking at all beaches and there is a free trolley that you can ride all over the island and get on and off as many times as you want.

Just 15 minutes from Sarasota airport and 5 minutes from IMG Academy. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and golfing. One mile from GT Bray park which has tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, play grounds, dog park, pools, etc. Also a very short drive to Robinson Preserve where you can spend hours walking or biking through mangroves and observe Florida's wildlife. Only minutes away from entertainment and the Pittsburg Pirates spring training facilities. The world famous Siesta Key beach is a short drive away. Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal are all within a two hour drive.

The house has WIFI and cable TV. Security camera monitors the front yard. Fully stocked kitchen: Pots, pans, utensils, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, etc.). saltwater pool and privacy fenced in back yard. Gas grill for a cookout and lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Beach equipment provided includes: Umbrella, beach chairs, beach blanket and towels. The host were super friendly and checked in with me to see if everything was going good — they also provide many things in the unit like shower toiletries, laundry detergent, and anything you could think of that you’d need to take to the beach! I was very impressed with not only the ease of check-in and cleanliness of the home, but the location is amazing. Very close distance to entertainment, stores, the beach etc. The pool was wonderful, parking had ample space, and the house was overall cozy.

Cute house close to the beach

We absolutely loved the house and the location it was only a few minutes from the beach. The house was clean and stocked with everything you would need. My kids enjoyed the back patio and pool. The host had great communication and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. However, when you inquired about the house you never mentioned anything about the beaches or asked how far they are from the house. I wish you would have asked me. The distance to the beach is 6-7 miles and takes about 15-20 minutes to drive there from the house which most guests find acceptable. Thanks for staying with us and for taking great care of the house.

The property is as described. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool was a highlight and we used it every spare minute we had. Owners have thought through every detail and we were very comfortable and we would stay at this property again (or any of their others) without hesitation.
