The place was super clean. It had every kitchen thing you would need to cook. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Everything was super comfortable. The master king bed was a little hard for us but we bought a bed topper and left it on sight and it made our stay perfect. We loved staying here and plan on coming back! It’s a perfect location for all of our adventures. We had one issue with the one bedroom closest to the laundry room the AC was not working in that room. And was considerably warmer than the rest of the place. Other then that no complaints.

Great place

This was a great place to stay. The location made it easy to walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. Easy access to the BBQ areas and pool was great! Check in was very easy and communication with property was great.

Perfect home away from home in a slice of heaven

The location was perfect, close to everything but not so close you were in the thick of it. It felt very quiet. We had our three daughters and there was so much space to cook a few meals and prep picnic lunches for hikes and the beach. After a busy exhausting day in the sunshine it was nice to come home to a relaxing space. We loved Pili Mai 12K!

Great stay in a great place!

This unit was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. When we were running low on something, it was quickly restocked through just an email. The proximity to the beach and shopping were a welcomed bonus! The only thing that was unexpected was the sheerness of the bedroom window coverings. Having 3 full bathrooms was a really nice feature for our group. We will definitely look up this property again in the future!

Nice Base for Exploring Island

This is a brand new condo located on a golf course about a mile from the Piopu beach. It does have a distant view of the ocean, but you would need to drive to get to the beach. This worked well for my family as we were looking to explore Kauai Island rather than just stay in one place for a resort type experience. The unit includes access to the Pili Mai swimming pool but we never used that, preferring instead to go to the beaches. There are several good restaurants just down the street within walking distance, but if you want to do your own cooking, they have the kitchen to do that in here.

Spectacular

The property was beautiful, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There was a cooler, boogie boards and an umbrella. We didn’t walk to the beach as it seemed a bit to far with all of our gear. Order breakfast ahead of time and pick up at Little Fish Coffee which is just around the corner. We will defiantly come back. The lovely lady in the Parish office was so friendly and accomdating to all our needs.

Host lied to us

Husband and I picked this unit for a 2 week stay to celebrate our retirements. We were really looking forward to just relaxing, cooking in unit, and enjoying lanai. Contacted host specifically regarding view from lanai. Asked if view shown was correct. Response back from host was exactly this "You can see the ocean. However, it is a distant view." The vegetation was so tall, and thick, that you could not see anything in either direction from the lanai. We took pictures, but unable to attach here. We went to the host's office and they started to argue with us, until we showed them the pictures. At this point she started back pedaling and saying it was the HOA's fault for not maintaining the vegetation. It 100% falls on the host to give an accurate listing, including pictures, and to not lie when specifically asked. We knew the ocean would be way off in distant, we were 100% ok with this. We were not ok feeling claustrophobic on the lanai. The following morning when we showered, we realized that over half our towels were dirty. Some had dark footprints, some had brown streaks, some had red spots. Contacted host and was told there should be towels extra towels. The only "extra towels" were the ones hanging in other bathrooms, which had dirty ones as well. Multiple of the appliances did not work properly. We truly got tired of contacting the host and having to report broken, or missing, items. They also came into the condo with no notice. Horrible experience.

Our goal is always to ensure our guests have a clear understanding of what to expect before arrival. To clarify, the listing for the home describes the view as a “Garden and Distant Mountain View”, with no mention of an ocean view. When you inquired about the structure in the direction of the ocean, we explained that the trees and landscaping had matured, obscuring the previous sightline. Unfortunately, I am not sure why you felt that you would still see the ocean. Regarding the other concerns you mentioned, we appreciate your feedback & addressed them as promptly as possible, including providing fresh towels and replacing cookware during your stay. Additionally, we will be updating the lanai photo to reflect more accurately the current view. We value your input & hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.

An outstanding property made even better by the service provided by the property management people. Outstanding communication and client support. The property was a bit further away from the beach than I’d imagined, but the property description was spot on. Nicely furnished and appointed made this property an excellent choice for us.

Amazing

This location was perfect. We enjoyed the view. The amount of stars you can see is breathtaking with a 30 step walk to view from the golf course. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, including shampoo, condition, soap, lotion, tp, dishwashing, etc. The community pool and hot tub was enjoyed after a day of hiking. A quick drive or walk to Poipu Beach to see the sunrise and sunset and snorkeling. The turtles resting on the beach in the morning was amazing. We took hikes to waterfalls, canyon, cave and Cliff.

Great condo

We had a great stay here. We stayed in this condo as a family of 4 (all adults). It was wonderful to have all the space so everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside, used the kitchen regularly, and visited the pool area. Although it didn’t bother us, the golf course is right behind the condo and was a source of noise (night - restaurant, early morning -mowing/maintenance).

Beautiful Property

An app including all details was great, check in and out was easy, and this condo was very nice with all the amenities of home. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and beaches. The only thing that could improve is lighting and ceiling fans in each room. Would highly recommend staying here.

A/C a life-saver

We booked this place last minute after our Air BnB canceled on us five days before our trip. This condo was fantastic—central A/C was crucial as the temps were over 100F and trade winds weren’t blowing. Walking distance to Poipu Beach, a short drive to Waimea, walking distance to a small but useful shopping complex, and a short drive to some quite good restaurants as well. Pool, hot tub, and gym also a bonus. Washer dryer in unit as well as every kitchen gadget you could need. It does have a condo feel to it—you are right next to a golf club—but that didn’t bother us. Will return next time we are in Poipu!

Great place for families

Property is brand new and very well appointed. We had a three bedroom so it was nice for everybody to have their own space. We ate in a couple of nights and were able to make our own breakfast each morning - stopped at the Safeway in Lihue just after we landed to stock up. It was great to not have to eat out for every meal. The location, will not super close to the beach, was great for accessing lots of fun activities. Really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful week!

We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect in every way for 5 adults and 1 teenager. Very roomy and each room had a bathroom!!! Every detail was thought of and it was great to have a dishwasher and washing machine when necessary! Location was perfect, very central to anything we wanted to do!
