Quaint, cozy & clean 3 bedroom/ 1.5 bath cottage on large corner lot on the oceanside of Hwy 12! King, Queen, bunk bed, comfy queen futon, large sun porch, back deck with eating area, washer/dryer, enclosed area under house that stays cool in heat of summer, hammock, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, easy beach access steps away, perfect neighborhood for family bike rides around the loop, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and famous tackle shop—Frank N Fran’s, plenty of classic games like Battleship, Twister, and lots of great books for all ages.

Comfortable and easy stay

This location is great! This cozy vacation home is a very short walk to beach acess (100 ft) and is located in an area with everything you may need, (grocery store, resteraunts, and tackle shops). Located in avon, this makes for a relatively short drive to either end of the outer banks

Excellent little family getaway

This cabin is located a bit away from the very busy bits of the OBX, and in a quiet more neighborhood. When we arrived, a few deer even walked through the neighborhood. Very close to a great portion of the beach, and close enough to everything else on Hatteras. Owner is very nice, and the community style collection of kitchen basics made it very easy to get started.

Near beach getaway

We were pleased to be so close to the beach; beach access was 2 houses down and across the street. House could probably handle up to 8 people although 4-6 would be ideal. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, cups & utensils, although we chose to dine out most nights. So much to do in the area with beach, pier, fishing, biking & watersports. Beaches were not over-crowded. Maria was very responsive to messages sent to her. We enjoyed our stay!
