Pasos a la playa en Sea Pines!

Buscando el retiro perfecto? No busque más. ¡Esta hermosa casa de quinta fila en Sea Pines tiene todo lo que estás buscando! Y está a solo cinco minutos a pie de la playa y a 10 minutos a pie de The Salty Dog.

¡Ideal para familias, golfistas, jubilados y el ávido tenista! 49 S. Beach Lane se encuentra en la atractiva comunidad cerrada de Sea Pines Plantation que ofrece tres campos de golf profesionales, uno de los cuales es Harbour Town, sede del Heritage Golf Classic en abril. Además de las playas, hay 20 millas de senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta que serpentean a lo largo de la plantación, los establos para caballos, el parque infantil y el Sea Pines Beach Club.

La cocina totalmente equipada tiene hermosas encimeras de granito con una pequeña mesa para hasta 6.  A través de la cocina se encuentra la entrada trasera con lavadora y secadora y una puerta para acceder a la piscina. 

Al entrar en el luminoso vestíbulo, hay una gran sala de estar que ofrece muchos asientos, chimenea decorativa, una mesa de juego para cuatro y puerta al patio. 

El comedor tiene una mesa para ocho y un bar que da a la sala de estar.  El estudio está fuera del comedor con un gran ventanal, dos sofás y TV de pantalla plana. 

Al final del pasillo a la derecha se encuentra el espacioso dormitorio principal con una cama King, área de descanso con dos sillas, televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared y un baño privado recientemente renovado con tocador doble y ducha a ras de suelo.

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king con ventana doble y mucho espacio en el armario.  El tercer dormitorio tiene dos gemelos. Estas habitaciones comparten el baño del pasillo que incluye tocador doble y combinación de bañera / ducha. 

El cuarto dormitorio está fuera de la cocina con una cama queen size, TV, baño privado y ducha a ras de suelo. ¡Ideal para abuelos o adolescentes a quienes les gusta dormir hasta tarde!

Afuera encontrará una gran piscina, parrilla de propano, mesa y sillas con capacidad para cuatro.  El patio a la derecha de la piscina ofrece asientos adicionales. El camino de la playa es una casa en la calle, perfecto para familias que quieren ir de la piscina a la playa sin problemas.

We had a great visit to 49 S Beach Lane! The house is beautiful and has everything necessary for a great vacation! The pool is large. A close walk to the beach, the house is one house over from the beach path. The beach is 0.2 tenths of a mile away, so very close! House is gorgeous, we would stay there again!

Annual Family HH Trip

This was our 15th annual family trip to the island and Sea Pines, so we know the area well. House location is good, pool is great and house is clean. We enjoyed our stay and we can mostly tolerate anything for a week as long as it’s clean. House really needs some updates, such as a new stove. I couldn’t even get water to boil. Also, the only TV for family viewing is located in the den and it wouldn’t even seat our group of 7 comfortably for a movie night. They should really consider putting a tv in the larger gathering room. The beds seemed a little old and not very comfortable. Overall, we did enjoy our stay but would probably pick another house.

March 2021 Stay

We will not be booking another rental through Island Getaways. The oven did not work for 2 weeks of our 4 week stay. The toaster did not work as well and was eventually replaced. The pool was supposed to be cleaned twice a week and was only cleaned once a week. The debris in the pool and the scum on the top was horrible. The grill was a mess so we had to buy our own - especially since the oven wasn't working. WiFi was intermittent and made it difficult to work from the house. Response from Island Getaways and attention to the issues was extremely disappointing. Our daughter who is a realtor and property manager in Ohio eventually had to call for us to get things taken care of. Horrible service.

Great experience. Very comfortable house. Great location to walk to beach and bike around town. We did have an issue with the grill. It’s needs to be maintained or replaced. It had so much grease that it caught on fire when we started it up. It also doesn’t heat high enough to grill very well. The front yard also needs clean up.

We had a wonderful week with our entire family. The house was immaculate and perfectly suited for our 5 adults, 5 year old, and 8 month old. Lots of room to spread out. The pool was a favorite! Short walk to the beach. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We loved our stay at 49 South Beach! We are returning again next year! One suggestion is that the wrought iron furniture on the upper patio and the Chase lounges on the pool level are badly rusted and need to be replaced or repaired. Also, a TV in the king bed guest room would be a welcome addition. Finally, a full size ironing board and full size iron would be appreciated. The home is very well appointed and comfortable to visit! We look forward to our return!!
