Florida ligger i Palm Harbor, några minuter från stranden mellan Clearwater och Tarpin Springs. Huset har en pool och en privat trädgård. (Uppvärmd om du betalar elektrisk tillägg - $ 100 per vecka) Queen size-säng i Master, dubbelsäng i gästrummet, (båda med mörkläggningsgardiner) våningssängar och dra ut soffan i 3: e rummet. Tredje rummet är bra för barn. TV och kabel i alla rum. Garage används för förvaring. Stort vardagsrum, matsal samt kök med bra storlek med matbord. Great for a family

This was a nice place, with room to spread out. We enjoyed having a pool to ourselves. You do have to drive everywhere but traffic wasn’t too bad.

Extend Our Summer

Some of the most important things we look for in a vacation rental are Pool, Grill, Beach Charis, Cooler & Umbrella. This property had all of these and more. The location of the property was perfect for all we wanted to do and the property owners were great communicators.

Great house!

We had such a great time at this house! The landscaping was amazing ( love palm trees) felt very secluded. It was clean and felt like home during our weeks stay. We head to Florida every year and will only ever stay in palm harbor! We will definitely be coming back to this house!

Palm Harbor Gem

This home was very clean and well equipped. Would be a great vacation getaway for couples or families with children. There is a neat bunk/play room and the pool is a real treat. Westlake Village is beautiful and quiet and conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The owners were available and helpful. Hope to return.

Wonderful Winter Retreat

My husband and I spent the winter of 2024 at this property in the Westlake Village community. The neighborhood is well kept and this property is excellently managed. Chris is on top of everything and would respond very quickly if there were any needs. We have spent many winters in Florida, but this is the first time in Palm Harbor (near Clearwater), and we love this area. Many great restaurant choices and this house was perfect for our needs! We will be back in Palm Harbor next year!

Location

This house is nice, has a lot of space to move around which we enjoyed. We did have some issues with the tvs. There is a Roku on one of them, but it wouldn’t connect to the internet. We loved riding the bikes that were left available to us! Location worked out perfect for us! Nice clean neighborhood! The pool was fun for our kids! We truly enjoyed ourselves in this location!

Fantastic

We had an amazing time and the house was exactly as it was listed! We enjoyed the pool and it had everything we needed. It’s about 30 minutes from Clearwater beach and even closer to a couple other beaches. The property owners were very friend and I had direct contact with them at all times. We loved our stay and hated to leave!! We will be back!!!!!

Great Getaway

Nice house. Quiet neighorhood though there is a pretty heavily trafficked road nearby so if you're expecting complete silence, your peace might be interrupted by a siren or two during your stay. Pool was fantastic, and not too deep. We only stayed on the king bed so other beds might be different, but the king mattress is definitely softer than me or my fiance are used to. We really enjoyed the couches in the livingroom though.Also, be careful using the streaming services on the tv. I think we accidentally used one of the accounts of someone who had stayed there previously!Plenty of places to visit within walking and biking distance! And when we had an issue with the smoke alarms beeping due to low batteries the host was quick to send someone to resolve the problem and was extremely apologetic about the inconvenience.Would definitely reccomend this vrbo to friends and family!

Perfect vacation house in a nice neighborhood.

Spacious home with two private master suites. Seperate kids room with bunk beds. Great fenced yard that backs up to a forest - our dog loved it.. Swimming pool has a new heater that works great. Large central seating area. Large dining room. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location for essential shopping and restaurants. Owner responded within minutes when we had questions.

Good location, good communication, needs an update and deep clean.

We really want to leave a great review but wanted make you aware of a few things, the house and pool were as listed except for the cleanliness. The showers had hair in the drains and there was random clothing in the closets and the dishes were all so dirty we had to wash everything before we used it, the dishwasher was also extremely dirty and had food remaining in it, the kids room is a closed in porch and the beds are just OK in there. Foosball table was barely working and for some reason the ping pong table was in the garage and half broken, also a lot of the towels had stains and a lot of the lights were burnt out. The pool was great and clean. The owners were flexible and they did reach out during the stay, it just didn't seem like something that could be fixed while we were there. When I contacted them after they were responsive and said they would look into fixing the issues, if they were fixed I would stay again. The beach stuff in the garage was great, super handy, but it needs to be gone through as well as some of it is broken and you have to dig through a bunch of broken stuff to find the good stuff. The bikes are good but also need service as the kids bikes brakes didn't work. Location is fantastic.

What a fantastic place for our stay in Palm Harbor. Close to shopping and beaches. The house was like living at home… and the pool was the ultimate place of contentment and relaxation. Thanks to the hosts!
