A little private resort

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and comfortable place to stay. The spacious living area is a great place to unwind after a day in the sun, with plush sofas and big screen TV, enjoy the saltwater pool. Beautiful, lush landscaping and outdoor lighting.
On brisk nights you can enjoy a real wood burning fire pit.
Located just minutes from award winning Clearwater Beach, 30 minutes from Tampa international airport (TPA) and 15 minutes from St Pete Clearwater international airport (PIE).
The space
This is a single one-story home with a saltwater pool, 2 bedrooms and a bonus room that will work for sleeping on a pull-out sofa or just a sitting area.
Guest access
The entire home will be available with the exception of the garage and a shed at the rear of the property.
Other things to note.
We offer used CAR RENTALS at reduced rates for our guests, we have SUV's Mini vans sedans and compact cars. Also, we can provide FREE airport pick up for up to 6 guests.

The home was very clean and well-equipped. The one issue we had was quickly and promptly resolved (and no fault of the owner). We had two small dogs with us and the backyard was so much fun for them, and for us. The location was excellent and the neighborhood was quiet.

Very seldom do the homes look like the pictures. This was just like it was photographed. It was indeed a little resort. Gorgeous inside and out. Everthing you need was provided. Convienent to everything and some walking distance. I'd stay again without thinking about it!

It was exactly like the pictures both inside and out. John and his wife were great to deal with and the place was spotless. There were only the two of us so we had plenty of space and the private pool was amazing especially under the lights at night. definitely a 5 star stay and we would thoroughly recommend it.

Peaceful perfection!

This was the perfect place for our family of 6. We ate dinner every evening in the screened porch and swam in the pool every night. The only thing we wished was different was maybe more plates/bowels for our larger family because we cooked often while there. And more kitchen supplies like Saran Wrap or cooking spices would be helpful. But overall it was the absolute perfect place to stay and we will miss having our coffee in that backyard oasis!

Very Nice Stay

This was our third time to come to Clearwater and the stay went very well. The house was nice with all the amenities listed. The pool was a nice way to relax in the afternoons. We also really enjoyed the fire pit to make smores. We would stay here again. It was 12 minutes or so to the beach and was conveniently located to any store we would need.

Phillies Spring Training

Beautiful home! Located close to Bay Park Field where the Phillies play, also not far from Dunedin where we also hung out. Location and the house were great! Would love to stay there again next year! Communication with the host was perfect.

A home away from home

My family of 5 loved staying at this property. The backyard was beautiful and we spent alot of time there. It was too cold to use the pool but it was lovely even to just lounge beside it. The lighting at night was amazing outside too. We used the firepit and my children all loved each having their own tv to watch. The house was so cozy. The sunporch was a favorite hangout spot to view the wonderful backyard and the living room was great for movie nights. It truly felt like a home away from home and we are excited to use this property again in the future.

Perfect Privacy

My husband and I were their to celebrate our anniversary. It was the perfect getaway. Privacy was fantastic. The neighborhood was super quiet. We were close enough to everything. The home was very cleaned and EXACTLY as pictured. Which we appreciated. We needed something for the grill and the hosts were sooo prompt which we really loved. Basically we have no complaints. And thank them for sharing their property with us. We for sure recommend this listing

Amazing- 5 Stars Across the Board!

Cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is: clean, quiet neighborhood, very well appointed, nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Kitchen is well equipped with air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, toaster, extensive and upscale pots, pans, glasses, dishes, silverware. And the outdoor pool is a special bonus - great for cooling off in those Clearwater days in the high 80s. A 25minute Uber ride from the airport, and well situated for a short ride over the bridge into Clearwater Beach. John the owner-manager always available and promptly answers all emails. BOTTOM LINE - it's everything you expect for a quality and upscale VRBO listing. Will definitely rent again next year.

Beautiful back garden, but unfortunately for us we found a dead bunny in the pool when we arrived. We alerted the owner and he said someone would be there soon to remove the bunny. No one came until the next morning. The pool man was to come at 8 830am the next morning, he didn't arrive until 1pmish and all he did was rinse the filter. Needless to say we didn't swim, just dipped quickly but it felt off. Rinsed off with the outside shower but the smell of the water was awful, outside and in. No discount was offered. The home is very clean and the bed is comfortable, some kids riding bikes when we were unloading the car made some nasty comments to my husband so we didn't venture out for a walk. The ac seems a bit old and loud and no matter how long you run it it won't cool below 72 degrees.. We had booked 4 nights, and on the morning of the 3rd day my mother passed away, I called the owner to let him know we would be leaving early and why, I asked if there would be a small refund,, he replied nope that's not how the rules work. We just packed up and left.. He did offer a discount if we ever come back, but I don't think we will.

We love meeting new people and being able to help them with their travel needs. We thought that being a host would be a good fit for what we are already doing. With several other properties we find this to be true, this location is our newest addition to our holdings. This one being one of our favorites because of the comfort this house brings. We know you will love it.
