Simply, couldn’t be closer to it all.
A home that checks all the boxes. Couldn’t be closer to all Grand Haven has to offer. Two blocks to the water, four blocks to downtown restaurants and shopping. Recently remodeled home with second entrance to finished basement with large bedroom with own washer/dryer and full bathroom. Large shaded deck and backyard for entertaining and play area for the kids with basketball hoop. Quiet low traffic street with woods and hiking path to Lake Michigan. 1/2 block to YMCA, Imagination station and Mulligans hollow ski hill. Triathlon, 5k route, one house down. Fireworks, Musical fountain and Lake Michigan waves from front porch. Trolley route on next street. This home has it all.

Separate entrances (if needed) for guests or young adults. A huge back yard for the younger kids and is very close to all you will enjoy in and around Grand Haven.
