Good location and location of unit, Upgrades inconsistent but all things functioned well. Dirtiness of carpet and living room draperies hung wrong unfortunately made living room area look rather unkempt. One shower head needs to be replaced. Beds comfortable, sofa and living room chairs comfortable. Best of three units we have stayed in at Interlaken.

We noticed that the unit had very stained carpeting There were no washcloths and not enough towels The BBQ had no propane The fireplace didn’t work The views were wonderful and we had a great time!

Terrible Experience, Unprofessional, Dangerous, Negligent, Given wrong key and no response to calls

We arrived after-hours and our cabin key didn’t work, we were locked out in 8 degree weather, Owner admitted to sleeping with earplugs in so they didn’t hear the emergency line ring despite multiple calls/messages, never received a call the next morning, they immediately recognized that it was the wrong key, Owner later refused to speak to me about incident/ obviously didn’t care, only partially refunded the night. Will NEVER stay at another property managed by them. They are terrible people who just don’t care.

Cozy with Amazing view

Wonderful stay at this peaceful place. The pots and pans are the typical condo mixture of scratched Teflon and random pans - no cookie sheets. There are a few other quirks but the beds are comfy and the shower pressure is good (if you can figure out the ancient plumbing fixtures). Overall great stay.

We love coming to the Interlaken #5 for the serenity, view and convenience.

We love coming to the Interlaken #5 for the serenity, view and convenience. It is tucked away from the hustle of the town, but close enough to amenities like food and gas, and near many activities and locations we like to visit. My sister who is a discerning traveler approved of the property on our recent visit. She kept saying, "I love Interlaken 5". I do wish to keep this gem our secret though so we can book it again next year!

I proposed to my Girl Friend this weekend and it was one the best experiences I’ve had at Interlaken .I usually stay at 6 but 5 was a little better I thought. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and untensils.Plenty of board games and a great Bbq Range with a magnificent view. My party was so happy with the stay and ready to return.

The gas grill outside is missing the drip pan.

The gas grill outside is missing the drip pan. We noticed it because grease had dripped onto the planks and some looked like it dripped to unit below (from previous users). We used the grill but was careful about any grease drips(used foil to catch any). Just for your information and the slider does not lock!
