DESCUENTO DE TARIFA SEMANAL Este hermoso condominio frente al mar está en la playa. Lo único que le separa de las olas y la arena es el famoso paseo marítimo. Despierta a la vista y el sonido del Océano Pacífico justo en frente de usted con nuestra gran ventanal en el dormitorio principal. La sala de estar, comedor, cocina y dormitorio principal todas dan al océano. El condominio está ubicado en el segundo piso que proporciona privacidad, tranquilidad y seguridad para usted y su familia, al tiempo que le permite ver toda la acción de la playa y el paseo marítimo a continuación.

El condominio tiene una cama de matrimonio, 2 camas individuales, cama de aire tamaño queen, sofá de cuero y sillón reclinable de cuero.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo para cocinar y comer utensilios necesarios. los
dormitorio principal tiene una cama matrimonial y TV, el segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y de equipo,
y la sala de estar un sofá, sillón reclinable, televisión, reproductor de DVD y equipo de música ,,. El gran balcón con vistas al paseo marítimo y cuenta con un patio para 6 personas y una barbacoa de gas.

Todas las sábanas se suministran a excepción de toallas de playa. Incluso ofrecemos tablas de surf y sillas de playa.
Hay una plaza de aparcamiento por debajo de la unidad lo suficientemente grande para que quepa el mayor SUV.

El condominio se encuentra a medio camino entre el embarcadero de la playa del Pacífico y de la famosa montaña rusa de Belmont Park. Justo en la parte trasera de nuestro edificio hay varios restaurantes, alquiler de bicicletas, alquiler de tablas de surf, tiendas de ropa, tiendas de playa, y las instrucciones de surf. Dé un paseo hasta el paseo marítimo para encontrar más restaurantes, servicio de habitaciones diario no está disponible. De no fumadores.

Beach week getaway

The property was super comfortable and clean. The unit had all the needed necessities and walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Easy and quick access from door to beach in seconds. Property manager was very kind, informative and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this location again.

Perfect Mothers Day

Perfect location for a weekend get away. The location is on the beach and only a small walk to the bay. Plenty of places to eat! Parking is right in front but we did not even need a car. We were able to walk to everything. If I could I would give the owners an 11 for their outstanding service and kindness.

A great location

Beach front with great views. Property is a bit dated, but overall very nice. Right on the boardwalk with easy access to restaurants and shops. Host is very responsive. Condo had everything we needed.

Wonderful Location

My husband and I stayed at the Mission Beach Resort for one week and it was perfect for us. Marianne and Jef's help with getting settled, info on the condo, things to do in the area, etc. was great. Their communication was excellent, and they did all they could to make things go smoothly during our stay. The location is perfect; from the boardwalk to the beach, the sunsets and local restaurants, you couldn't ask for more. We hope to return soon!

Perfect getaway

Just as pictured. Perfect location for enjoying sunsets, the beach with easy access to explore all that San Diego has to offer. Hosts provided very helpful information on local dining and sites to see and made sure that our check in process and stay went smoothly.

Beautiful beach front condo

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Well appointed and great location. Owners responded quickly to emails and also made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. We would absolutely recommend staying here and we will again on our next visit.

Great place in a great location!

Our stay here did not disappoint. The view and the location are wonderful. We loved waking up to the sound of ocean waves, sightseeing all day in the San Diego area, and then returning to this home-like condo after a long day to hit the beach or people watch from the balcony above the boardwalk. The host was very communicative, shared attraction info, local restaurant recommendations, and checked in often to make sure all was going well, which was super helpful and much appreciated. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place right on the boardwalk, the master bedroom is the best!

This unit is more affordable then others right on the beach and it has everything you need to have a great time on mission beach. Great communication and a great place!

The unit was wonderful, very clean and had all the amenities. I would definetely stay here again. Only shortfall is there is only 1 bathroom. But the view of beach from the balcony makes up for it. Loved the unit.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessities. I’m always concerned with the quality of beds in a rental, but we had nothing to worry about. The Queen bed in the primary bedroom was firm and very comfortable for 2 people. The view is amazing and you can’t beat the location. Jef and Marianne were very responsive and made sure we were satisfied with everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely space - clean, quiet - easy check in/out

My husband and I were visiting our son who’s stationed in SD, and we wanted oceanfront. This 2-bedroom condo was updated and very clean. There were plenty of kitchen items for a meal and also two options to make coffee. The host was very responsive and helpful getting us oriented to the property, the amenities and the location. It is right on the boardwalk overlooking the ocean which is exactly as advertised. Both TVs are large and smart so very easy to stream your favorite shows. The condo is not air conditioned but honestly with the ocean breezes and fans, we didn’t notice. It’s also very close to some good restaurants. Our favorites were Mollys and Moes. Also we appreciated the puzzles and games since none of us are after-hours partiers. Hope this is helpful!

Amazing, beach side condo

This condo is a real gem! I've stayed in SD several times at a resort, but this condo was better! The location is perfect for walking the board walk/beach and you are surrounded by great restaurants. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves come in. You are so close to the ocean! The condo was VERY clean and had everything we needed. There is a dishwasher and laundry right across the alley which was a huge plus for us. We loved our beautiful, large, ocean view front bedroom and our kids had lots of room in the back bedroom. It was very quiet at night. The condo is larger than you think and had a great living room space and big bathroom. The condo owners checked on us often and were very attentive and kind. You will love this condo!

Excellent Condo Rental

My wife and I booked this rental for our honeymoon and loved it. The space is bigger than it appears in the pictures and the view is amazing from the balcony/Master bedroom. Easy parking and great location to many shops and resturants. Location on the boardwalk is decent. About a 15-20 minute walk to Belmont Park. We booked our rental over the Thanksgiving holiday and we were able to cook a small meal in the kitchen without issues. Would recommend this rental to anyone and would love to go back.

Beach Vacation

The Condo was very clean and spacious. There were boogie board and chairs to use for the beach which was very nice. Walking distance to plenty of quality shops and restaurants. Access to beach was very convenient. Parking space was plenty big for our full size truck. Jeff ( Host ) made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us via a phone call during on stay. We already booked again for next summer, this is a great place to stay, it is comfortable ,safe, clean and close to everything you need. Thank you.

Excellent Condo

This condo was a really great place for our family of 4 to stay. It was very clean and the owner was great to work with. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. We miss it already.
