Lovely apartment with fantastic location. View is limited but still nice to have the ability to see the ocean. Host was great and very accommodating. Definitely recommend! Especially for location!

Great location and great condo. Very spacious and super clean. The underground parking space was really convenient, especially being right at the beach. Also, appreciated that the host proactively reached out to insure a smooth check in.

Nice view of the beach with some obstruction but nice. The parking situation was good with underground park and gated. Bed was comfortable and the condo provided us with everything that we expected and needed. Very well situated to walk to many different restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops and groceries. The beach was very convenient to get to so that you can watch the surfers and windsurfers during the day and the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Also located close enough to San Diego where getting from and to the airport was not much of challenge for us. The host was constantly in touch with us to make sure that we were comfortable and gave excellent directions from the airport to the condo in order to avoid taking the highway during rush hour. Great stay and we met a lot of friendly people no matter where we went. Highly recommended.

This condo was perfect for our weeklong stay along the beach. Even though the building itself is old it was very safe with key entries on every side. The condo itself has been updated is very very comfortable. It was right on the beach. You couldn’t ask to be any closer. Lots of shops and restaurants within an easy walk.

The property is in a great location right on Pacific Beach in San Diego. Everything is exactly as advertised. Plenty of restaurants and great coffee shops within walking distance. The views in that area are stunning. The bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. I was a little concerned about not having air conditioning, but the cool pacific breeze and the fans in the condo kept us more than comfortable. No worries. We definitely recommend and we would rent again. Also....the host gave us his cell number in case we needed anything. Great service !!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The location is unbeatable, right on the boardwalk, but just north enough to miss most of the weekend noise. The condo is spotlessly clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, and all the appliances are in perfect working order. The bed is heavenly, and the fact that it has secure underground parking that fit our mid-size sedan very comfortably is so welcome in this oh so busy area. Our contact for the property, John, was wonderfully helpful, kind, and quick to respond. We travel to San Diego often and this condo has been by far our favorite place to stay.

Great Pacific Beach Stay

My partner and I had a fabulous time staying at the condo. It was perfectly located with direct access to the beach and surrounding area. The condo was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We appreciated the attentiveness of the owner who made sure we understood all of the check in and check out procedures, along with giving us great recommendations for food and activities in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Great location! Right on the beach and boardwalk. Very clean. Spacious living area, smaller bathroom but has 2 separate areas with 2 sinks so that's helpful. We would stay here again.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in a wonderful location (right on the beach) in northern Pacific Beach. The condo has everything we needed and was clean/cozy. We would definitely stay here again.
