A short drive to the Talking Stick Resort, Casino, Spring Training, Westworld, Barrett-Jackson, Arabian Horse Show, Desert Ridge and more! So many golf courses, parks and hiking nearby!

All new furnishings, mattresses, bedding. 3 brand new smart TV’s. Two en-suites, the master has a large walk-in shower with dual vanities and sliders to the back patio. Two King Beds, One Queen Bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped to cook and entertain and features a great island with seating, a breakfast nook with table and chairs overlooking the golf course. Enjoy your morning joe on the back patio while watching the golfers walk by. Enjoy outdoor dining under the shade of the large ramada overlooking the pool, hot tub, and the golf course. Built-in natural gas BBQ, 2 real grassed areas, putting green. 2 car garage with built-in cabinets.
