About this property

Polar Bear Den - Close to Airport, centrally located W/BBQ ; private entrance

This quiet townhouse is isolated from other neighbors and located minutes away from Ted Steven International Airport, Campbell Creek Trail, Kincaid park and trails, shopping and more. This is a great base location for your adventures in the last great frontier. We offer 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. The Master bedroom has a queen sleep by number adjustable comfort bed as well as a comfortable futon. There is also a 42" TV. The second bedroom offers a super comfortable queen size bed. All of our bedding and linens are fresh and new. There is a small backyard with patio and BBQ grill for you to enjoy the long hours of Alaska daylight. There is a washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience as well as a dishwasher in the fully stocked (pots pans utensils etc. ) kitchen.

The garage may be available, please inquire before booking.

There are cameras on the property outside and in the garage. These are not used to monitor our guests, but for security.

Comfortable Getaway
