Falling Leaf - Blue Ridge

Enjoy the peace and relaxation of the North Georgia Mountains while only being minutes from town!

"Falling Leaf" is a beautiful log cabin in the Mountain Tops development just a few short minutes from Blue Ridge. If you are looking for a cabin in close proximity to all the happenings, but still would enjoy some privacy, this is your cabin! Unlike most cabins, the layout of this property allows for the kitchen, living and dining area, along with the recreation room to be all together on one level without sacrificing any space! Once in the cabin, the main level king master suite will be to your right with a 48" cable TV and an attached private bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. To your left, you will find the shared half bath for the common areas and the washer and dryer. 

The fully equipped kitchen is your oasis as you are free to make that special recipe you have been wanting to try. The dining table for 6 is just off of the kitchen, so the chef still gets to enjoy family time. The living room is perfect for a movie and popcorn with its 55" cable TV surround sound entertainment system. Kick back on the plush leather sectional and enjoy some laughs with friends and family while the wood burning fireplace( Currently unavailable)) sets the atmosphere. On the back side of the living room, keep the kids entertained (no matter what their age) with the included air hockey table, poker table, chess table, and a multitude of board games. They even have a guitar!

The other sleeping arrangements begin upstairs with two twin beds in a bedroom/open loft. Head to the lower level and you will find two queen bedrooms, each having 32" cable TV's and one having a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This is also where the patio access is leading to the four-person hot tub, dog run and more rocking chairs. The outside has plenty of accommodation as the front porch has some rocking chairs and a bench to soak in the sweet sounds of mother nature. This property also has an equipped gas grill with provided propane for grilling and chillin'!

One of the unique amenities this property offers compared to the many others is a sizable fenced in dog run for your furry friend that is along for the adventure. 

This rare gem has all the boxes checked and is waiting for you to make memories that last a lifetime!

Awesome place for the whole family!

Great mountain getaway

Great private house for a quick getaway in the mountains. Very clean, spacious, and has a wellstocked kitchen. We enjoyed the board games and fire pit. Being close to downtown restaurants and shops was also ideal since we were only here for the weekend.

Awesome girls weekend

Great place, but a few bumps in the road.

Really beautiful cabin with hot tub and ample parking. We loved the parking lot and used it for playing corn hole. Nice views. Close to town, grocery, activities.

We absolutely loved the cabin and its location. It was perfect! The only complaint was the trash cans outside were completely full when we arrived, so there was quite an odor. Otherwise, the property was perfect!!!

Great property , location and interior decoration .. very well kept The only feedback - check in at 4 pm while checkout is at 10 am which makes the overall duration pretty less .. if it can be made as per hotels like check in at 3 pm and checkout at 11 am it will be better

Dog friendly woodsy cabin

Fallingleaf was a lovely property for our family of seven. We had taken our adult children on a long needed vacation. This property is one of the best we stayed at. Between the hot tub, covered porch, and large fenced yard for the dogs, there was some thing for everyone! I think one of the biggest hits was the cards table. We had lively games each night. And you are just a few minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and Lake Blue Ridge.

Very nice place. Location is great. Only a few minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. The beds in the loft are small. It’s for kids. It will be better if it is a true twin size bed. The master bedroom bed is hard. Also need more comfortable pillows.

Prettier in Person!

The only thing that could be better was the WIFI. For me and my partner "NEATGEAR36" never came up and the wifi passwords provided did not seem to work. Other than that the stay was beautiful!

Beautiful spot, lovely cabin in the woods

Excellent property and the location was amazing. We found the home to be as described and a lovely place to spend a working week away from home. My husband worked during the day - no issues with the wifi and there was a lovely side table at just the right height he could use as a desk. I got to hike, explore nearby Blue Ridge, try the local vineyards and spend some money shopping in the local towns. Every restaurant in Blue Ridge we tried was great and we even cooked a little in the kitchen - all the dishes and utensils you could want were there! Just a note, there is a coffee maker but no single cup Keurig-type machine so pack ground coffee not pods. Don't worry, though, found some amazing coffee beans at Kaffehouse in downtown Blue Ridge. We also brought our dog, the dog run was awesome and really helpful to give our dog a chance to stretch her legs between walks. Speaking of walks, the neighborhood is a beautiful area to take a walk in - plenty of hills to challenge you and your pup but also beautiful trees and lots of wildlife. Saw deer and owls at sunrise on our walks. Also, we brought our low-profile electric vehicle and has no trouble getting to the cabin - following the directions sent to you with your check-in instructions is definitely the way to go! This cabin really does feel like you are in the trees and at night, even though you're only a mile from downtown, you might want to close the windows in case Bigfoot decides to peek in. Loved it - definitely coming back to this neighborhood the next time we're in Blue Ridge.

Nice property close to town

Property was awesome! Very well equipped. Close to town. Only issue was the temperature of the house was hard to regulate on all three floors; loft was hot, bottom floor was very cold, and main level was just right. Other than that, we were super happy with the property!

Great weekend getaway!

This was the perfect place to get away for a couple of days! The cabin is beautiful and well maintained. Everything that we needed was there! The stores and restaurants are close but we also felt like we were far away from everything. It was perfect! The only complaint I might have is the beds are a little hard for our taste. And the sheets were a little scratchy. Possibly need a higher thread count on the beds.

The cabin was well equipped with tons to do with the family (games, hot tub, air hockey) unfortunately the inside fireplace was broken but they warned us ahead of time.

Great place and location!

Everything was great with our experience. The location was perfect with only being 5-6 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. The only thing that could have been improved in my opinion was the functionality of the tv in the master bedroom. Other than that everything was great!
