Great Location

Walking distance to Whole Foods, opera, farmers market, Burns Court cinema, restaurants, downtown.Perfect for us, as we had no car. Nice bright spacious apartment with balcony. Cheryl the manager is wonderful.

Stay in historic neighborhood

Our apartment was clean , airy, and convenient. The area is in charming housing built between 1930’s and the present. A pocket park is a half block from the property. Cheryl, the property manager was extremely helpful.

We were very pleased with the neighborhood….quaint residential road within walking distance to Maintain Street shops and restaurants,also the Marina. My only complaint was the deck view was the fence 3 feet in front of us.

Location, Location

My adult daughter and I stayed for a month. The apartment was just as described in the listing. It is furnished inexpensively, but the sofa and beds are comfortable, and the wi-fi and smart TV in the living room worked great. My daughter worked remotely while we were there and there were no issues with the wi-fi. Property Manager Cheryl was very responsive, though we didn't really have any issues. There were just a couple of existing cosmetic things that we made her aware of. This place is so close to downtown Sarasota that we walked to restaurants and Bayfront Park. The neighborhood is some high end homes and some not so high end, but we felt completely safe. It's not terribly far from the beaches, but traffic can be significant, so it will likely take longer to get where you're going than you expect. Lastly, this spot is scheduled for a remodel and it will be spectacular when it's done.

Location, Location, Location!

In a great and convenient neighborhood this condo was perfect for our one month stay. Just a five minute walk from the lovely heart of Sarasota it provided everything we needed. Cheryl, our host, was great!
