Steps from the heart of Buena Vista; Downtown BV_315 shares a rustic alleyway with E Main St amenities, restaurants, music, and seasonal events. This single-family home is a half mile walk to the Arkansas River with hiking/biking on either side. Enjoy the 'Lawn' amphitheater & the Surf Park at South Main, and the vast events/gatherings it holds throughout the year.

Discover the perfect mountain retreat, blending modern elegance with rustic charm. The first floor features a beautifully designed open-concept 'Great Room' with mountain-modern finishes and plank wood flooring, seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Ideal for hosting, this inviting space is perfect for lively gatherings, from sharing laughs to dining and toasting with friends and family.

Upstairs, you’ll find three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms: a luxurious King Room, a cozy Queen Room, and a spacious Bunk House with four full beds. The Queen and Bunk House share a full bathroom equipped with a large tub, while the Master Suite enjoys the privacy of its own ensuite bath. Every room is designed for comfort, featuring ceiling or floor fans (sometimes both) to ensure optimal airflow and calming white noise. Soundproof insulation has been added between rooms to guarantee a peaceful, restful night for all guests.

Ample parking is available for all visitors, with street parking out front, or space for larger vehicles, like RVs, in the deep back driveway (40’) off the ally.

Amazing BV getaway

You couldn't ask for a better place to call home base when you visit Buena Vista. The property is in a great location - within walking distance of everything you will want to do/see in BV. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed (and more) throughout the course of our stay and Dan was very accommodating and responsive. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

This property was amazing. Only a block away from the main street in town, grabbing morning coffee was just steps away. The house was gorgeous and comfortable. The beds we soft and the sheets were high-end and very comfy. We came for a work trip and it was an amazing place to come home to at the end of a long day. Great having a backyard, unfortunate views were of the alley way, but very walkable to Main Street. Bunk room says “ two twin bunks AND 4 double beds” ..it’s actually two double bed bunks. All in all, nice stay, good vacation

This is an amazing property, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again. The home is spacious, equipped with anything/everything you can think of, decorated so beautifully, and very comfortable. We loved the outdoor seating and privacy of the backyard. Clean, modern, comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked and common areas made for a great social environment for the 6 of us. Nice back patio as well. We were surprised that there was no aur-conditioning, but with the cooler temps and windows open, it was always comfortable. Thanks Dan!
