The master bedroom with en suite bathroom and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer on this level too.

The dish washer smelled like fish or shrimp when I opened it, smell was awful. I had to run it the second day and while running the entire condo started smelling like fish. We had to leave while it ran. And no we did not make fish or shrimp or bring any to the condo, I have no idea what was going on but I think you gotta check out that dishwasher

We had a wonderful time at the condo! Incredible location with a yard, creek for the kids to play in, and right on a walking path. It was easy to walk anywhere in town even with little kids. Great amenities, checkin very easy. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in Telluride

Our family stayed in this rental in early June 2020. The home was very clean and comfortable. The location of the home could not be beat. It is on the main trail and river. The home is within easy walking distance to pretty much everything in Telluride. Easy walk to the lift to ride over to Mountain Village. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect location for an amazing ski weekend!

This condo was the perfect place for our family to stay for an amazing weekend of skiing and dining. The location was perfect —an easy walk to Lift 7 right out the back door was ideal to start and end the day right on the slopes and the location in town was so convenient for exploring Telluride. The accommodations in the condo aren’t fancy but were very comfortable and just right for our family of 5. Lily and Natalie from Lodging in Telluride made a great trip even better with their extremely prompt help both before and during the trip. We can’t wait to return!!

A perfect family place

While the furnishings and bathrooms are a bit dated and the water pressure is a little weak - this is the PERFECT family rental. We loved to spend all day on the porch and watch our kids play in the creek. Yes, you will have many people walk right by the yard, but you are at a distance and the views can't be beat. We stayed in October and the fall sun DID get a bit hot, even though it was 60 to 70- degrees. But we WILL be back. Thank you for a great stay!

THE CONDO: The condo was impeccably clean and stocked with every imaginable household item. There were fresh towels and linens pouring out from drawers, cabinets, and storage areas. The bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and many other products which was a nice surprise. The kitchen was fully loaded with more equipment and dish-ware than one would find in a primary residence. The bedrooms were great sized, extremely comfortable, and surprisingly quiet (flat screen tv's in all of the bedrooms was a plus). The upstairs bathroom had an unbelievable steam feature to the shower which we took advantage of almost every day. The living room/great room area was just a fantastic place to regroup after a long day of skiing, prepare a big meal, and hang out as a group (12 of us at one point comfortably eating and lounging together). The condo is 15 ft to a well maintained pool/hot tub area which might as well have been for our own private use--not crowded at all. Lift 7 is about a hundred yards away--very easy/flat walk. To put it simply, this was the nicest and best located condo we have ever stayed at. THE LOCATION: We could not have been more happy with the location of the condo. Located next to lift 7, the condo is an easy 5 minute walk to the center of downtown Telluride or the free Gondola. Although you cannot ski to the front door, I'd consider it ski in/ski out for all intents and purposes. There is a great liquor store, a thai restaurant, and a deli/prepared foods shop all within 50 yards of the front door. To put it simply, this condo is perfectly located for those who want to be in the town of Telluride but also want quick access to the mountain. THE MANAGEMENT: For those of you who regularly rent vacation homes and condominiums, you know that the owner or management company of the residence can often make or break the trip. Little things can become nightmares, and small issues can balloon into problems that ruin a vacation. Tom Almour and Mindy Miller, the property managers for unit 100, are the creme de la creme of vacation property managers. Accommodating, generous, down-to-earth, they are just simply two of the nicest people we have ever met. Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made our trip a huge success. THE BOTTOM LINE: Out of a resume that includes trips to Whistler, Snowbird/Alta, Park City, Jackson Hole, Vail, and many more, Unit 100 at Viking Lodge was the best condo experience our group has had to date. End of story.

Gorgeous place in Telluride

Our family was in Telluride for 3 nights and we had an amazing time at the Viking lodge. The place itself is very spacious and you really get the feel of a mountain house. The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the main street and the balcony gives access to the trail by the river. Communication went well as we got all the information we needed. I absolutely recommend and I would come back.

We came to Telluride with our family of 7 and this location was perfect. Right next to the store, the gondola and the town center. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. The house was clean and everything worked great. We didn’t want for anything that wasn’t readily available!

Quick family ski getaway

Overall a great stay. The unit is just as nice as it looks and the dealings with the property manager were very pleasant and easy. The unit also was very well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen that made eating in a pleasure. It is conveniently located just steps from lift 7 but about a 7 minute walk from the gondola. The only down side was the thin walls between the adjoining unit where in certain rooms you could hear other people conversations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a blast my husband and I with 3 of our 5 children went for Christmas 18-26-34 all boys. They had a ball being kids again. Skied as much as was so cold and snowed the whole time we were there. Want to go back to same place next summer. We are from the south. Didn't know it really got that cold , beside that the house was GREAT big enough to not be on top of each other. Every thing you would need was there. Looking out kitchen window was a treat just beautiful. Perfect location too. Never saw the owner or manager but did not need them anyway was told how to get in and when to check out. Supper easy It really was wonderful trip. House is clean, stocked and comfortable

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.
