Charming beach cottage located right on the water with direct access to beach crossing and endless stunning views of the Delaware Bay. Spacious open floor plan with plenty of sunshine and room to relax. Features full screened in porch with open decks on the front and back of the cottage. Great space to hang out in the evening, listen to the waves and enjoy a cold cocktail.
Convenient location for anyone who loves the beach - this cottage is best enjoyed outdoors. If you love the beach, hanging on the deck, and using the outside shower - this cottage is for you! If you are looking for a new home decorated with Pottery Barn, it is down the street.
Plenty of off-street parking.
New in 2022, central air conditioning added to the entire cottage.

We had such a wonderful stay at the beach cottage! The view was absolutely amazing, and the beautiful beach made the experience even more special. Everything was perfect, from the peaceful surroundings to the relaxing atmosphere.We truly enjoyed spending quality time together as a family and making wonderful memories. Wonderful stay!

We loved this house and our stay! Everything in the listing was accurate, and the house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We loved having breakfast on the screened in porch every morning, being right on the beach, and even saw dolphins one day from the house! We will definitely be back!

Easy communication and check in/check out. Great location and house was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. Only one minor complaint was the bugs come in through the deck boards on the screened deck but they do provide citronella candles which helps. Thank you for sharing your house with us Lawsons!

Great cottage…. Beautiful sunrises and great walks on the beach… We did have issues with gnats in the house, but other than that had a great time . The dogs had a great time as well. Thank you so much!

Peaceful

The Lawson property reminded us of beach cottages from our childhoods, in a good way. It is charming and cozy while having all the comforts of home. The beach was easily accessible and we had a great time.

This is a family owned cottage that we stay in when we do not rent it during the season. The cottage is "well loved" and great for families looking to chill out at the beach, read a book, or enjoy appetizers on the porch. The cottage is not huge, perfect size for a family of 6-8 people. It has one bathroom so that is always a pinch point. But you can't beat the access...we are right at the edge of the dune. 30 seconds and you're at the water's edge.
