Esta casa limpia y acogedora en un tranquilo vecindario de South Haven está perfectamente ubicada a dos cuadras del lago Michigan y del parque Kids Corner y está a pocos pasos de las tiendas y restaurantes del centro. Con tres dormitorios y tres baños completos, así como una casa de transporte privada, esta casa puede acomodar hasta 10 conjeturas de manera muy cómoda. El gran maestro en el piso principal se ha actualizado con una cama king size, todos los muebles y la decoración nuevos, tiene mucha luz natural, así como un baño adjunto. El segundo piso tiene un baño completo y dos dormitorios, uno con dos camas individuales nuevas y el otro tiene una reina con todos los nuevos edredones y ropa de cama en toda la casa. La sala de estar del piso principal tiene todos los muebles nuevos, incluida una gran mesa de centro para rompecabezas y muebles cómodos y de juego para relajarse después de un largo día en la playa.

Very comfortable house and close to everything. The owners thought of everything that can add to your comfort during a stay. Drawers that are easily accessible, an easy to use kitchen and very comfortable furnishings. Our 3 year old grandson enjoyed the yard when we weren’t at the beach and the small fence allowed us to feel safer about playing with him outside. Toys provided in the shed were just enough to entertain him. The carriage house is an added bonus-had we known about this feature before going, our neice could have joined us and had her own space for staying a day or two. My only suggestion would be to add a railing for the stairs that go down into the master suite. Even though there are only three steps, they are fairly deep and we all took the stairs carefully to avoid a fall. They aren’t really suitable, without a railing, for an elderly person with any mobility issues. But the master suite was wonderful!

Best stay in SH!

This is our fifth trip to South Haven, each time staying at a different location. This is the first one that we have rebooked because we absolutely loved it! From the wraparound porch out front to the attention to decor and cleanliness it was a dream come true!

Our new favorite vacation home

My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful home and daughter and her two kids joined us for a few days. Owner was very responsive in sending internet code as I had misplaced the email. House is remodeled, very clean and layout is great for a family or could work for two couples. We liked the location too. Walkable to beach or town. Hope to stay here again!

Successful repeat stay

This was our 7th summer in a row in SOHA. We last stayed at this property in 2021. The primary bathroom was updated since then, and it’s great! This open dining room/living room space is perfect for a group. The back deck seats a big group and feels private. Perfect location for town, beach, and playground. We love this house.

Wonderful Vacation

Kim and Kevin are excellent hosts. They have added all the extra touches that makes this house a home right down to the wine and welcoming note. The home is very clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the front porch each morning, riding bikes and seeing the sunsets. Always the best

We stay here every summer and have already booked for next year. The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Location is perfect – so close to South Beach and downtown – easily walkable to many locations. The host has several beach items, bikes, and yard games on site for guests to use. Take me back!!

I titled this review “take me back,” because that’s what I’ve been asking my husband to do since we left. I’ve never stayed at a vacation rental where I’ve felt more at home. Kim & Kevin are fabulous hosts & covered all the details to make their rental the perfect place to stay. House is incredibly well stocked, perfectly designed & has just the right indoor & outdoor space to enjoy your time away. Easy walk to the beach to enjoy a day in the sun or watch the most gorgeous sunsets! Great fire pit to enjoy cooler evenings outside. Bikes to enjoy trips around town. I seriously could go on & on regarding why I love this place! Can’t wait to get back there!! Thanks so much Kim & Kevin!!

Fantastic July 4th Week Stay

We love this house. This is our second summer staying here with our family ranging in age from 6 to 85. The open floor plan works great for dining and lounging in the comfy living room. Love the two bedrooms up and one down (master). The AC worked very well and appreciated the ceiling fans in almost every room. Very well equipped kitchen and a bottle of rose waiting for us from the hosts. We used the bikes in the shed almost every day since we were just a few blocks from the Van Buren trail. Location is perfect to get to kids corner and the various beach entry points.

Perfect Spot!

My parents and my family (spouse and 2 kids) take a trip together every year. We love to try new places and have never stayed in the same home twice-until now! We had such a great time last year and were so impressed with this house that we came back and plan to do it again next year. The home is cozy, extremely clean and perfectly located. It’s an easy walk to the beach or the town-my 8-year-old son had no problems keeping up and neither did my 75-year-old father. My parents stayed in the master suite on the main level while my family was upstairs. Each family had plenty of privacy and did not disturb one another, which I was concerned about as my kids can be loud. The owner takes a great deal of pride in the home and was kind and responsive. Highly recommend this vacation home!

This is a beautiful house and outside area. Everything is updated and clean. There was 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The location could not have been better. Close to the beach, downtown and the kids' playground . The WiFi went down once and Kevin and Kim got right back to us and got it going again. They were wonderful hosts. Would definitely book this place again and recommend it to others.
