We were not able to adjust the thermostat in the condo. It required that we contact the owners to adjust the temperature remotely. That was a hassle. Otherwise the condo was clean and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed a fun family vacation on the beach in the sun!

Wonderful spot

This is a great condo to vacation in this area. Condo was updated and clean, very comfortable. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Beach was amazing and pool was well maintained and enjoyed by all ages. Our family felt very safe and welcomed. We would definitely return and recommend this condo for families.

Great hosts and great location!

Such a wonderful location and the process was so simple! Great communication from the hosts. Beds were comfortable and place was clean with extras like enough trash bags and paper towels for the time we stayed! We will definitely stay here again next year! Thank you!

Just about EVERYTHING was perfect! The only TINY issue was with the beach chairs that we were told were there. The two actual beach chairs were sized for a TINY adult or a teenager… not my 6’7” husband. The other four very clean “bag chairs” are not beach chairs . Other than that was fantastic… the owners were very responsive at check in. The unit and the appliances were very clean and the beds and furniture was very comfortable . We would return!

Fun and Relaxing Stay

We had a great trip to Indian Shores. The condo was just what we needed. The view from the balcony is just incomparable. The area was great for families, not as busy as some other areas, but everything we needed was close by. The condo owners gave us a lot of great info and were so easy to work with. Nice getaway

The unit is exactly as listed. It is very well kept. Comfy bed, great kitchen, new bathrooms. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast as well as in the evenings watching the sunsets. Perfect location. Nice place.

Sun and beach

We had the best week! The condo was perfect for what we needed. Owners responded quickly to questions we had. It was nice to have beach chairs and a cooler to use from the condo since we flew. Great view from the 9th floor balcony.

A fantastic week!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Although we didn't do much cooking, the new kitchen had all the modern convenience and was a dream! As promised, the sunsets from the balcony were amazing and early morning shell hunting was just a few steps away! We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to make another trip next February!!

Believe it!

The condo, location, view and ammenities are exactly as stated - you can believe what you read - a refreshing change from many listings you find on the internet or in brochures. The owners were excellent to work with - friendly, honest and easy to contact. The sunset view is amazing and the condo is very well equipped to make you feel right at home.
