This top floor unit provides exceptional comfort, no guests above you and unparalleled views. From the balcony, the ocean, pool courtyard, and vast expanse of this car free section of the beach is everywhere you look. Enjoy breakfast and happy hour with mesmerizing views, or just relax and soak up the warm sunshine. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bonus room has a very comfortable twin and the master king has terrific natural light and views. There is a coin operated laundry room just a few steps outside the front door.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.

We have stayed in this unit before, it is very comfortable and is the perfect size for 2 or 3 people.

Condo and building grounds are really nice!

Condo was nice, clean. The king bed was very comfy. view was great. There was a bit of construction with a seawall going in but didnt bother us. We enjoyed our stay,even with the cooler weather.

Great stay!

My family loved our stay at NSB. The unit was just as advertised. The view from the balcony was amazing for watching the sun rise. We also got to see two rocket launches from the balcony during our stay. We really enjoyed the use of the full size kitchen, and loved all the space in the master bedroom. Communication with the host was excellent. Hope to visit again soon!

The view from the balcony of this unit is INCREDIBLE! We were there for July 4th and I'll never forget the experience of being able to fireworks up and down the beach for hours on end. It was magical! This condo is on the non-driving beach and by walking just a little bit south, we were able to find a wide open space to set up our beach chairs. The condo itself needs an update, and the kitchen cabinets could use a good scrubbing and cleaning out, but overall the unit felt clean, and the king bed was comfortable. My only negative is the parking. While they do provide a parking pass, there is no assigned parking and the lot was packed. When we checked in, we were told by staff in the condo office to feel free to "create a parking space". The first night we created a space where there was none, and the second night, we parked in a loading zone. It was nerve-wracking to worry about getting towed or worse, about our car getting hit or side-swiped because we were not in an appropriate parking space. Most condos assign one or two numbered spaces per unit. I wish Hacienda Del Sol would do the same. Perhaps it wouldn't be a big issue on a non-holiday weekend but it was definitely an issue for the Fourth.
