Beautifully updated apartment-like condo with roof top pool! (24/7 security)

It is a short six minute walk between the condo and Medano Beach, the best public swim beach in Cabo! In addition to easy ocean access, the complex has a rooftop pool with exercise equipment, seating, ping pong tables, and both city and ocean views. The condo's balcony also provides views of the ocean. The condo is completely renovated with a fully equipped kitchen. A water purification system has been installed throughout the unit. The unit has one bedroom, a pull out sleeper for 2, plus additional sleeping for 1 in the loft. The condo has one bathroom, washer/dryer, a reserved parking spot, and 24 hour security. There is an individual, Dago, who can meet you at the property to show you the amenities and how to work things within the unit. In addition, he can provide his personal phone number so that you may contact him with any questions during your stay, He is also a valuable source of information about the city and can recommend things to do or see based on your personal interests. Finally, he can provide information on various excursions and often times get you tickets at a discounted rate, It's like having your own personal concierge during your stay! Awesome stay with an awesome host

Fantastic little condo close to the beach and lots of fun activities. Clean, nicely furnished, with a sweet little rooftop pool (though this closes at 9pm). Dago, the gentleman who is the contact in Mexico, is super-awesome and super-reponsive, as is the owner. Would stay again and would not hesitate to recommend to other travellers.

Condo near Medano beach

Cute, comfortable, great location just out of town and a ten minute walk through a resort to Medano Beach.No gym or barbecue even though these were advertised. Bedroom rugs and bathmats were not clean.

Great Condo in Cabo

This condo was perfect for us. It was clean, and comfortable. The bed was really nice, the fans were great. We had every thing we needed. Ubers and taxi's handy. We would love to stay again

Perfect Stay at Bahia Tezal

Our stay at Deb’s condo was perfect and we would highly recommend staying there for your Cabo vacation. Deb was very responsive to any emails and questions we had. Dago (condo concierge) met us upon arrival and showed us around. He was also very attentive to any questions we had, and gave us restaurant/activity recommendations. The condo is clean, very convenient (5min walk to beach, 5min drive to town) and relaxing. Definitely recommend staying here!

Straightforward and Simple

This apartment had everything necessary, plus access to a shared pool. It was exactly as presented on the listing. The Property Manager is a big win - Dago is excellent - efficient, kind, bilingual, helpful and really intersted in helping make the most of your trip. We were very grateful for accessing his expertise.

The advertisement of the property said a rooftop pool which it had ( and was very cold) also said up there was a gym and ping pong tables. There was not. One reason I booked was the gym and ping pong tables. Disappointed for sure

I wanted to thank you for the use of your property. Having business in both San Juan and Cabo made the location ideal since it provides both cities. The inside of the unit is beautifully done! It was very comfortable and you had everything there I wanted or needed. Also, the locals who live there were very warm and welcoming. Your man on the grounds Dago, helped me figure out everything I needed to know. What a great idea to have someone available for your renters! Also, it was so convenient to have the bus stop right there. It saved me loads of money getting around. For the price, your unit is a steal! Thanks again and I will contact you to book again next time I come to town.

Not what I expected

From the description, I assumed it was not too far from the beach. It was about a 10 minute walk, but the beach was steep and apparently red flags fly there most of the time. The condo was nice enough, and the pool on the roof was nice, but the location isn't so nice. During the day the construction noise was non stop and during the night some kind of warehouse made noise. The only decent way to go anywhere was by Uber. Walking anywhere was miserable. We had a choice of eating dust on a busy unpaved road, or walking along a very busy, very noisy highway. We paid for 10 days but we left after four days, and that is something I have never done before.

Great Property

We loved this condo in a great safe and clean location close to the beach and close to access all the major roads you would use. The unit is very comfortable and updated very nicely. Internet was fast for any type of video calls. There is a designated parking spot that is behind gates with security Gaurd right close to the elevator of to get to your unit. Small building with its own gated parking, security Gaurd and elevator right close to go to the unit. We could not of asked for more. The appliances are all new top of the line. The pool on the roof was perfect after a day at the beach. The walk to the beach is to the side of Riu hotel and is a long the side of the hotel right to the beach on paver lined wide concrete walk ways once you pass the hotel gate house. Very easy and the beach is right there. Great place the host is great and Dago that helped us local was wonderful. He answered any questions in minutes. Thanks for the opportunity to let us stay!!!

Needs a feminine touch

We arrived and it was very hot, it would have been nice if the air conditioning was on for us. The kitchen plates and accessories were very minimal. We were given a dirty sponge at the sink to wash our dishes and the paper towel roll was a quarter full. There were only two bath towels and no bath mat. There is no dryer in the unit only a washer. Furthermore, there is a crack in the ceiling above the sink in the bathroom that needs to be repaired. We left after staying one day due to the noise of the construction. The location is not 6 minutes away with a swimmable beach. The nearest swimmable is a 45 minute walk down. the beach. Dago was very nice to work with however, the location at this time is not conducive to rest and relaxation that we needed.

The condo met my needs poorly managed ABUSIVE TO PROFESSIONAL WOMEN management

The pictures they use to advertise this property draw you in... the breathtaking views are on one side of the roof top. The other side all construction noisy and constant workers invasive to privacy. The owner needs to understand that his current management uses abusive hateful and angry words with customers! Despite telling them multiple times how I enjoyed the condo the few times I needed some assistance I was told to ask their on-site property manager anything anytime. I asked about the address of the property for mail as I was going to be there for 3 1/2 months. My package never made it there and had go to Package store to retrieve. I also let them know that the TV in family room stopped working. But even though they say that they are there to help just ask but when you do it gets twisted into some pretty ugly unnecessary drama...very unprofessional and unnecessary. I am a registered nurse and prior military. I am 52 years old. I am kind and have a big heart. I had a friend coming to Cabos from philly. I like my privacy. She got a place of her own down by marina. I made her breakfast at the condo and used the pool ( which is always freezing) . I was falsely accused of having her stay at condo! Verbally abused by the owners property manager in Colorado about something that never even happened! Then there was the death of a very close friend of mine. My significant other was coming out he came a week early to console me. They wanted to charge me another 3300 for him for 30 days! I also run a business I inquired about the amount... I said this must be double billing. Your contract says nothing about single occupancy... and what if I were bringing my two children? I offered to pay the extra bed taxes and fees 1280 is what I came up with. They declined used rude abusive language again. I tried speaking with the owner directly but he said he can make more money if I weren’t there. Said I was taking advantage of them. Money and greed are destroying our human decency. So they evicted me all the plans for a romantic dinner and planning our friends’ memorial packed up and moved.... very stressful painful experience

Decent Place to Stay

It was a nice place to stay, but not extravagant. It was our first trip to Cabo, so we didn't understand that resorts get all the prime beach frontage, and the resorts control how and when the rest can access the beach, which was a negative for us. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time there.

Bello ma qualcosa va migliorato

L’appartamento e come nelle foto Tutto ottimo a parte l’odore di fogna che si sente nel bagno e nell’intero stabile, odore che non ti permette di tenere aperte la finestra. Anche nel locale dove c’è la lavatrice sul nel balcone persiste questo odore. Ci sono delle luci che non funzionano in camera da letto e in sala, asciugamani minimo indispensabile. Prezzo elevato rispetto al servizio. Ottima assistenza e buona comunicazione con intermediario responsabile dell’assistenza dei clienti.

Close walk to beach

Bachelor pad. Drapes and rugs were dirty and ripped. Shower, toilet and floors need to be cleaned well. Sufficient furnishings and amenities. Roof pool is lovely, outside complex is kept clean and secure. Excellent view of sunrise each morning.

Close to Everything!

We had friends in the same building, which made it so much fun! The rooftop pool area was perfect for outdoor eating and hanging out. Local restaurants were walkable and it was a short drive to all the snorkeling bays. We loved staying here!

Be absolutely sure you have your international sim car from your provider.

This property allows easy access to both the Cabo San Lucas and San Jose'. Although one may choose to rent a car while here (condo rental includes a designated, secured parking space), it is not necessary as the free city bus picks up right outside the door. The location provides views of both the city and the ocean It is minutes to Medano Beach if you're in the mood for ocean playtime. A quieter option is sunbathing at the rooftop pool. The property is clean, updated, stylish, and has 24 hour security. As you begin your stay, you will be greeted by Dago, a citizen of the city, whom I employ to try and make your visit seamless and special. He will acclimate you to the unit and provide information about things to do and see during your visit. He may be able to get discounted tickets to some of the many excursions that are of interest to you. You will be given his direct phone number and can think of him as your personal concierge during your stay!
