Palmetto Dunes Resort. Professionally designed and decorated and meticulously maintained. Additions include a whole house water purification system that provides crystal clear water for drinking and showering, completely renovated bathrooms, and ultra-fast Wi-Fi.

As you enter into the completely renovated villa, you are greeted by an open floor plan with spectacular ocean views. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, high capacity Scotsman under counter ice maker (newly installed in 2026), a two door Fisher & Paykel dishwasher and flat top stove. There are three stools at the countertop for guests to enjoy a snack while watching the chef prepare their favorite meal. The kitchen includes everything you need to entertain while overlooking broad vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and the resort pool. There is additional seating for six at the large glass top table in the dining room. The laundry room is behind the door in the kitchen and has a front loading washer and dryer.

The living room has a tan sofa, two gray leather chairs and a 65” TV mounted over the radiant heat faux fireplace for those cozy evenings. The wet bar off the living area features a two-zone wine cooler, an ice maker, sink and extra counter space. A balcony spanning across the entire villa offers stunning ocean vistas and has new (for 2026) poly-laminate dining table with seating for six to enjoy meals or evening cocktails along with a bench seat and swivel chairs to enjoy the views.

To the right of the entrance is a carpeted bedroom with a queen sleigh bed, accent chair and mounted 40” LG Smart TV (NEW in 2026). This room has a private bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The next bedroom down the hall has a king bed and 50” Sony Smart TV (NEW in 2026). This room has beautiful ocean views and access to the balcony. The private bath has a single vanity and walk-in shower. Down the hall to the left is another bedroom with a queen size bed, 43” Smart TV(NEW in 2026) and private bath with single vanity and walk-in shower.

The grand master suite includes opulent furnishings that include a new California King sized bed, accent chair, 65" LG Smart TV, walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and a large double vanity. The master bedroom has a private doorway onto the balcony with two cushioned reclining chairs and matching ottomans. Relax and enjoy a morning beverage while overlooking the spectacular ocean sunrise from the balcony.

The resort amenities include a recently renovated oceanfront swimming pool and a separate wading pool for smaller children complete with a “mushroom fountain.” The pool areas includes adjacent bathrooms, hot tub, large sun deck, and covered gazebo with a grill. A private boardwalk with showers to rinse off the sand leads directly to the beach.

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging and biking. Plus Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants and shops.
