Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony of 1406 Villamare. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa is located on the 4th floor of Building One in the Villamare Complex on Hilton Head Island. Villamare villas are set up so that you enter the open living area, and the bedrooms are on either side, so everyone can enjoy their privacy.

Upon entering the property, you will find a great open foyer with white shiplap walls and a bench seat. There are beautiful wood floors throughout the villa. To the left of the foyer is one guest room that has two queen beds with ocean themed bedspreads, an accent chair, and a 39” mounted TV. This room has a private covered balcony with three chairs and offers spectacular ocean views. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and read a book! The private bathroom has new double granite vanities, a claw foot soaking tub by the window, and an updated stone and tile walk-in shower.

The open floor plan allows guests to converse while in the living room, kitchen, dining area or out on the balcony. The updated, fully equipped kitchen has new cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, smooth top range located in the updated island and breakfast bar with seating for five. The kitchen also has a washer and dryer for added convenience. The living room has ample seating with a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, two coastal themed swivel chairs, one armchair and a 39" TV mounted on the wall. A slider door leads to the balcony with a table with six chairs. The adjacent dining room has a table and six matching chairs with a door leading to the shared balcony with living room.

The Master bedroom, off the kitchen/living room, has a king bed with ocean print spread, two high-top chairs, and a 38” TV. The balcony off this bedroom is very large and has two chairs and a small drink table with great ocean views. The master bathroom has new double granite vanities and a large stone/tile walk-in shower with rain showerhead and handheld wand.
Off the dining room is the second guest room that has a queen bed and 37” TV. The private bathroom has double granite vanities and a walk-in shower.

The third guest room is located just off the dining room and offers a queen bed, TV and private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
