Central St Petersburg 3bed, 2bath home with attached garage and large tropical patio with fire pit, grill, and large table to enjoy meals in the Florida fresh air. 15 minutes to world class beaches, 10 minutes to all that the vibrant city of St Pete has to offer, live music, parks, amazing food and drink.
No parties or businesses running from the house.
If you damage anything you will be charged up to $500 to repair or replace.
You will be charged for anything missing from the home.
Extra $100 fee if you move furniture without replacing it in its location.
Please be respectful of the neighbors and abide by a quiet time of 9pm.
Any dogs will require an additional deposit of $300. NO CATS.
No more than 3 cars allowed.
Lawn service comes every Wednesday and has access to the back yard.
No smoking in the house.
Extra cleaning will be charged in addition to security deposit.
Please place all garbage in the trash, either do the dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
No candles allowed.
Security cameras are present on the outside of the home and must not be disturbed.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
