When I was searching I put filters in that requested pool and hot tub. This place had neither. Plus it came under a resort. Not a resort.

Miscommunication lead to refund

The property was not ready to rent when we arrived and we could not get in touch with the homeowner for several days. She explained there had been a miscommunication with VRBO and issued a full refund. I would suggest connecting with the owner ahead of your stay to ensure the challenges we experienced are rectified. It has potential to be a nice rental but the owner was just not ready for guests.
