NOTE: This listing is for the main level of the home with a private entrance and private back patio. There is a separate rental on the lower level of the home that has its own separate entrance. The communal laundry area (downstairs), backyard and bikes will be shared between the two rentals.

The property was amazing—spacious, clean, and it made my family feel safe and comfortable. The only downside was that there were people living downstairs, and the floors were quite hollow, so our footsteps could be heard easily. It made us a little uneasy because we felt we couldn’t move around as freely as we wanted to.

We were very happy with our stay. We had an unexpected hiccup the first night that was no one’s fault, but our hosts responded immediately and went above and beyond to remedy the problem and refund the night. The house was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. We would happily stay there again.

Lovely and spacious. Great UNC and downtown Greeley location.

This is a lovely place with easy access to University of Northern Colorado and downtown Greeley. Close to Loveland and about a 1 hour drive to Estes Park. The house is nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen for cooking in. We took advantage of the firepit and grill in the cozy and spacious backyard. Would definitely stay here again.

We were moving my daughter to Greeley from Michigan as she is now a UNC grad student. This cute house happened to be literally down the street from her apt! House was clean, beds were very comfortable and a very convenient location. We spent many evenings just sitting on the front porch. Its a plus that the dog was allowed. Will definitely stay here again!

Two night stay. Very nice home. Small, but interior photos are accurate in capturing the cleanliness and comfortable interior. Neighborhood is okay. Outside of the house is very plain. Note that it seems there is a basement unit as well although unoccupied while I was there. Good heat system (it was 5 degrees this morning), comfortable bed, nice hot shower. Several small nice touches. The management team was very responsive.

Comfy Convenient Home Base

My husband and I stayed here during our visit for our nephew's high school graduation. It provided a nice, relaxing home base for us between all of the family events and celebrations. We had everything needed. Our only concern was that the TV or walking on the wood floor would be too noisy for the downstairs occupants. Hopefully not. Stacy also checked on us by email and text. We didn't really need anything, but it was good to know she was available if we did.

Nice house but shared downstairs a liability

The house was a shared upstairs and downstairs lodging. For two days there were other people staying downstairs who left their dog unattended. The dog apparently defected in the downstairs area, and this odor also reached the upstairs where we were staying for two nights in a row. The odor was very bad, and made sleep difficult. I consider this situation unacceptable. On their way out we found the tenants and told them of the situation. They were not aware of the odor being a problem.

Pleasant short visit to Greeley

We really enjoyed our stay! Property was very clean and well taken-care of. Though our stay was short and we didn’t end up using the fire pit in the backyard, we appreciated the back patio and the ambiance that the string lights gave the place! Property is also at a great location for getting to the University of Northern Colorado quickly. Would recommend!
