Manitou Springs is a short 5 minute drive, along with the Garden of the Gods, and Downtown is literally 5 blocks away. Discounts for weekly and monthly rates are available. Modern unit

The apartment was very clean and modern. The check-in process was a little unclear and had issues reaching the owner on the day of check-in, but was able to make contact easily for check-out. I would recommend the owner to have additional blankets and/or throws available for use as there were none. Particularly given Colorado’s cold climate during the winter months.

I apologize for missing your initial phone call, but I did get back to you within 20 minutes. I had originally been told by the guest they were to arrive around 5 pm but it was closer to 4pm when they arrived. There were extra blankets in the closet and each room has its own individual heating wall units. During our walk through I mentioned to please message me if you have any questions or needed anything.
