Stunning Azalea Park Home

Upscale sparkling clean home in Azalea Park. Enjoy Sunny San Diego from a large deck & fire pit with views of the park. Centrally located to all San Diego offers, this expansive 3 level home is in a peaceful neighborhood. It has a modern fully stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms are on the main floor with queen beds. The living room & library feature 3 couches that convert to full beds & 1 couch that converts to a twin. The upstairs bedroom has two bunk beds each with two full beds & 1 trundle twin. The backyard and off-street parking are shared with another home. The right-hand (south) side of the back driveway is open for you to park. The left-hand (north) side is off-limits. There will be a fence in the backyard that will be installed in the summer of 2021.

San Diego is an amazing place to live and to travel to visit. The weather is the best never getting extremely hot or extremely cold. There are many outdoor activities to do all year long. The beaches are close and the people are friendly. It is a casual laid back city that you will never want to leave!

What makes this property unique

This is a great property. It makes great use of the space and is a very comfortable setting. It is very centrally located and is especially close to the San Diego Zoo. It easy to go to any part of San Diego from this quiet neighborhood. There are many trendy restaurants and bars in the area. It is a short drive to everything you need.
