Saugatuck - Private Parking! Downtown! Entire House, Sleeps 6, Pets OK!

This 1800 sqft home is literally next door to the Saugatuck Center for the Arts and access to all the conveniences of the theater, concerts, art exhibits, cooking classes, workshops, and the green market. It is ONE BLOCK from downtown - you cannot beat this location!!

Private fenced yard with hot tub. Large, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and every gadget you can imagine. Plenty of pots, pans, bowls, storage, utensils, crockpot, blender, coffeemaker, and silverware. Charcoal grill is provided outside, but you will have to supply your own charcoal and lighter fluid. 2 bedrooms sleep 6 - 1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen sofa (yes, it's comfortable - we've tested it!). Linens and towels provided. Washer/Dryer located in the master bath. All bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash, Q-tips, cotton rounds, hair dryers, extra toothbrushes/toothpaste, and cleaning supplies. House is dog-friendly with a leash, 2 bowls, toys and poop scoop. There are board games for rainy days, and the living room and both bedrooms have TV's with Netflix , Hulu and Amazon Prime at no charge. Free Wifi is included as well.

A digital guest book link will be sent to you prior to your arrival and is full of dining recommendations, location of grocery stores, coffee shops, local bars and beaches.

House is located on a private, dead-end street. Parking is located in a private driveway and can accommodate 4 cars.

Owners live locally and are accessible should anything need to be addressed during your stay.

**Note about hot tub** PLEASE READ
We make every attempt to ensure the hot tub is in service, hot, clean, and ready for your arrival. However, there is always the possibility that the hot tub may not be in service due to things beyond our control (Act of God, weather, power outage, misuse, animal damage, carelessness by a prior guest, malfunction, etc). The hot tub has been in service 100% of the time thus far, but we cannot guarantee its functionality for these reasons. We do not charge extra for this amenity, and offer it as a courtesy. If you are booking our house because of the hot tub, PLEASE message us prior to booking, and if it is not working we will let you know. If you have already booked and it is not in service for your stay we will offer a 20% discount on your nightly rate for the days it is out of service. A full refund will not be issued if the hot tub is not in service for your stay.

The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was the perfect base for a lovely week in Saugatuck. The dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the walkable neighborhoods. And the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day around town.

This is a lovely house in the best of locations. Right down town, in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, marina. Beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. Lovely, private, fenced backyard with hot tub. We had a wonderful time there. Hope to go again!

This is a nice property with plenty of space for the whole family. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on a cold December evening. The location is close to town so we were able to walk to everything. We would definitely rent this again in the future.
