Enjoy this terrific beach house in a great location, only a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Grab your coffee cup and sit on the beach to watch the sunrise or bring your bottle of wine to enjoy the cool evening breezes! Come enjoy the large spacious floor plan, perfect for your group to have a great beach vacation. This 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath house comfortably sleeps 13 guests with a large deck overlooking a 15'X30' pool (heat additional ). Fenced in yard. Large kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone. Light and Airy Family Room with cozy couches, large tv, PS3, DVD, 500MB Superfast Wifi , Roku and Hulu live streaming. Borrow a Boogie Board, Beach Chair or Game to enjoy time on the beach while relaxing at night with a board game or family movie. Walk out the back gate to the beach path and relax on the stunningly beautiful, quiet beach. Enjoy all of Sea Pines many amenities including Golf, Tennis, Boating, Fishing, Nature Preserve, Stables, and over 15 miles of Bike Trails. There are lots of great restaurants close by as well as plenty of excursions for the adventurous type. This is the place where you can choose to be active or just relax, it's all your choice.

Pool heat is available for $600 (May-Sept) $800(April & October) and $1000 (November-March)plus tax.

We welcome one dog with applicable pet fee.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the summer season.
No Towed Boats or Electric Bikes are allowed. Ring Doorbell camera on front door.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Even though the weekend was rainy, the house provided ample space for the family to spread out and enjoy games and such. The pool was a huge hit with all the kids.! Would definitely stay again, Lori was a super host.

This property was amazing! My wife and I stayed with our 5 teenagers and there was plenty of room. The house was very clean, extremely well stocked and the pool was great. Even though we never met the host, we felt her hospitality throughout the experience. We would definitely rebook here.

Great Property, Great Host

We had a great stay! The property was well described in the listing, and Lori was terrific host who went above and beyond. The proximity to the beach was terrific, esp as we had a couple of toddlers so getting to/from the beach always comes with a bit of an extra challenge. Would 100% book a stay here again!

Perfect Week

This was our first vacation as a family with two new granddaughters and the set up was perfect. Lots of comfy seating. Pretty much everything you need is provided. 200 yards to the beach. Quick bike ride to Harbor Town and South Beach. Pool is shaded late day which is great. Host was extremely available as was her local contact. We will be back.

Our family enjoyed our stay, we love Sea Pines/Hilton Head and the house was fantastic, perfect for our family, close to the beach and having the pool gave us the best of both worlds. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Overall we had a great visit.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! The house was the perfect size to accommodate our whole family. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners at home. You can’t beat the location, we walked to the beach multiple times a day and the community is very nice.

Great House for Families

We stayed at this rental property for our second time and will be back again. The house has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. We love how close we are to the beach (a short 2 minute walk) and the large pool.

A beautiful house and lovely accommodations to make a great family vacation.

The property was clean and well maintained, meeting all the needs for a family of 8 adults, and 4 children under under 5 years of age. The close beach access and clean swimming pool made the stay a delightful experience. HHI is a great family vacation destination, and this house made it a perfect setting for my family.

I've been dreaming of owning a place in Hilton Head FOREVER! Well maybe not forever, but since I first visited somewhere around 1990. Sea Pines is beautiful, and our family of 5 has made many happy memories here. One of our favorite things to do (other than hang at the beach) is ride our bikes along the many miles of beautiful pathways in Sea Pines and down to South Beach or up to Coligny Plaza for Ice Cream or a snack. I am a born and bred New Yorker, but hoping to become a Southerner sometime in the future. I love to read, music is in my soul and healthy eating and exercise has become a part of my life, with cheese being my number one weakness.

Why they chose this property

The beach, the beach, the beach! We never imagined being this close to the beach until this house popped up on the market and in Dec. 2019, it became ours! We loved the amount of light coming into the house, the spaciousness. the privacy, the size of the pool so close to the beach. It's a great house for vacationing with friends or family and we envision many years of enjoying it for ourselves as well as sharing it with our guests.
