WALK TO THE BEACH! 4 Bedroom W Harwich Home. Ready for Families. Dogs welcome!

Conveniently located between Harwich Port and Dennis Port, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath (plus an outdoor shower) West Harwich home has everything you need for your next Cape trip. Beds include 1 king, 2 queen, and 3 twin beds. King bedroom on main level complete with window unit air conditioning for the summer months as well as television(Roku compatible). Other 3 bedrooms are on the lower level. We have newly installed mini-split air conditioners (1) on each level for overall house comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need for your home away from home (including lobster pots, InstantPot, and air fryer). Our sink is equipped with a water filter.

We offer easy indoor/outdoor dining options with a massive dining table suitable for up to 10 plus patio dining with easy grill access! The front porch gets amazing afternoon sun.

Outdoor shower is loaded with beach supplies and beach chairs for you to use on Grey Neck Beach (located exactly 1/2 mile from the house - an easy 10 minute walk!)

You are a 5 minute walk from a great diner (Lighthouse Cafe) serving breakfast, lunch, and take-out massive muffins! Lukes Liquor store is next to the diner.

The home is family friendly, on a dead end road, and comes with a beach buggy (shopping cart style for hauling beach toys!) pack-n-play, high chair, washer/dryer, and nightlights! We are DOG friendly (for an additional fee)!

Linens and paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper) are NOT INCLUDED but there are services available on Cape for an additional fee.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation property! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. One of our favorite features was the deck with a secure gate—it gave us peace of mind and made relaxing outside even more enjoyable.What really stood out, though, were the amenities. So many vacation rentals skimp on the basics, but this place truly felt like a well-stocked home. Family weekend

Our family enjoy the property for the weekend to celebrate my grandparents in the area we spent many summers with them growing up. The location of the home was perfect - nice walk to the beach down the street and was so handy having the beach caddy to use! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Lindsay's property. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms suited our family size. The neighborhood was lovely and the beach was just a short walk away. We had a slight problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed promptly. The house had everything!

We had a fantastic week. House was very clean and well outfitted with everything you could possibly need. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Minor issue was pictures showed one bedroom had two queen beds. In fact the room has a queen and a trundle bed. Not a big deal. Very nice place, quick walk to a beach, clean!

Perfect for Family

This is the second year in a row that we have had the pleasure of staying at this property in Harwich. It is perfectly situated in the middle of the Cape, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, as well as a short ride from just about everything else you can think of. We enjoyed several days on the beach, a round of golf, a trip to the Chatham Pier to see the boats coming in and the seals swimming all around, as well as some time at the Pirate museum. We enjoyed seafood takeout several nights and $1 oysters during happy hour in the quaint West Harwich downtown. When the property states that it has everything to offer, it truly does.

This place really DOES have it all!

We loved our stay at this property. We traveled with my family of 5 and my mother and there was more than enough room. I was a little nervous about 3 of the 4 bedrooms being on the garden level but really they were great for sleeping as they were not super bright. Two of the rooms are down a pretty long hallway but the owners left a baby monitor in case we wanted to listen in on the kiddos which we didn't end up feeling we needed to use. Speaking of kids, this house is very kid friendly. Great games, stools and a pack n' play available, wonderful outdoor shower to rinse them off at the end of the day. The property is towards the end of the dead end road so there was hardly any traffic and they were safe to play out front. The house was very tech savvy with Alexa devices and Roku. We brought our Apple TV and used it with no problem. The furniture and decor were fantastic, you can tell the owners put a lot of time and effort into the place. The couch was so comfy that I asked where they bought it so I can go get one for myself! Communication with the owners was always fast and easy. There was a glitch with trash pickup and as soon as I let the owners know they responded and ordered an emergency pickup. I was also a little nervous about no central AC but with window units in every room, including the kitchen and living space, the place was entirely comfortable. Easy walk to the beach but we ended up driving to Red River because our kids prefer a bigger area. Our dog loved it too! It was not fenced in but we brought a lead and let her run around when she needed to get out. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway

The property was exactly as advertised and fit our growing family perfectly. This was the first time that we stayed in West Harwich, having spent our summer Cape trip in Dennis, for the last decade. As our family has grown, we needed more bedrooms, but still wanted close proximity to the ocean. The property was clean, spacious, had plenty of rooms/beds, and was just a short walk to a few beaches. In the information booklet, it states that "this place has everything" and it truly does. From cookware and appliances to games, puzzles, and up to date electronics, it provided everything we needed and then some. I look forward to renting again in the future!

Everything We Needed

Great location, great place. Our trip was for a family of 4 adults and our dog and we wanted a place that would serve as a comfortable place to relax during our down time, convenient for launching daily excursions, and walkable for some activities including the beach and safely exercising the dog. The bedrooms are all comfortable, the kitchen is very-well equipped, and the living room has a large sectional that was a comfy place to relax. It's ~20-30 minutes to Hyannis to catch the ferry to Nantucket or to Barnstable to go on a whale-watching tour. Access to Rte 6 for trips further up the Cape is very convenient. The street the house is on is very quiet with little traffic and the neighborhood is very walkable. It's a short walk to the nearest beach where we caught the sunrise most mornings and Pleasant Road Beach is also walkable. The owners have provided a notebook of helpful hints and we had muffins from Woolfies, doughnuts from Captain Bakers, breakfast at Lighthouse Inn, lobster rolls and ice cream everywhere with its help. Staying here helped make our week on the Cape a great success.

Great house great location

The house is great, rooms are comfortable and everything you could possible want for a low key vacation is walking distance. The outdoor shower makes beach trips easy and manageable especially with kids. We would absolutely stay again.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was very clean, well appointed, and had a great layout. The kitchen and family room had ample space to gather as a family and we spent a lot of time on the deck outside as well. We enjoyed walking and biking to the beach everyday. Why they chose this property

The space is perfect for our family - we spend long weekends, holidays, and hopefully many summer vacations all quite comfortably here! The open concept floor plan makes hosting large groups really easy. I love that we can ride our bikes to the beach and the kids can play safely in the road.

What makes this property unique

Walk to a lovely Nantucket Sound beach, 4 spacious bedrooms, dead end road, outdoor shower and walking distance to a great diner - you can really just relax! If you prefer a larger beach both Pleasant Road and Earle Road are only an additional 5 minutes walk or bike. You can park cars at either of those beaches, also, if you are meeting people!
