Perfect Spot in Santa Cruz!

The Cowell Beach house was perfect for our family ( 4 adults) over the Xmas holiday. The location is perfect for walks along beautiful West Cliff Drive overlooking the ocean, surfers and occasional sea mammal. The duplex is cozy and we had everything we needed, including direct TV for sports and movies. We are looking forward to another visit soon.

This house was in the perfect location! The interior design really made this older home look good

The location of the house was just a block away from the beach. It was a quiet street. Although it was small it was perfect for what we needed. It's an older house but they decorated it very nicely and made it seem new. The only thing was the bathroom shower seemed a little bit grimy and needed a good clean. Everything else was good nice appliances one of the counters was broken and then repaired though. Good Wi-Fi TVs in every room washer dryer all the good amenities were there. I'd recommend it

Spent 3 nights during October fall break. The location was perfect for walking or riding bikes to beach and boardwalk. Rode bikes to Natural Bridges to see the Monarch butterflies. The house was perfect for 2 adults and 1 teen. The only issue was the queen bed was squeaky and broken down, not good sleep during stay. I would stay again if the bed was better.

Wonderful House!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone was comfortable and happy. The beds are firm, which we found comfortable. The house was stocked with everything we needed: linens, dishes, soaps, etc; and of course being so close to the beach and boardwalk was great. The barbecue in the back yard was so nice after a day at the beach. We'll definitely stay here again!

The Cowell Beach House is a clean, conveniently located duplex located off the main beach access street. The owners were very responsive and we appreciated the fact that we could bring our small dog and cat.
