2 steps from Cours Saleya and the sea, you can do everything on foot: eat tapas or socca, go to the sea, calm in the heart of old Nice, this is our personal nest. Please take care of it. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Nizza

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir wurden freundlichst empfangen und uns wurde alles Nötige in englischer Sprache erklärt. Man kann alles Wichtige zu Fuß gut erreichen. Trotz zentraler Lage war hier in der Nacht ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter und Besitzer war sehr gut. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: 5 Sterne von 5! Eine kleine Warnung: Es gibt einige Treppen, die man erklimmen muss. Überlegen Sie also gut, wie viel Gepäck Sie auf einmal mitnehmen. Ein paar Tipps, die nicht diese Wohnung sondern allgemein die Altstadt von Nizza betreffen: -> man kommt mit dem Auto definitiv nicht rein! (Alle Straßen sind gesperrt) -> man sollte die französische Umweltplakette besorgen. (sie kann online für ca 7 € beantragt werden) -> Parking Palais de Justice meiden. (Vor allem wenn man mit einem großen Fahrzeug unterwegs ist) -> Parking Sulzer wäre meine Empfehlung. Da findet auch ein T5/6 Multivan bequem Platz

We had 9 days here and it was amazing ! You are right in old town Nice, 3 minute walk to the beach , two minutes to hundreds of restaurants and markets . The apartment has everything, great to have a washing machine and dryer . Loved it , we would definitely return here again !

Charmant appartement très cosy idéalement situé au cœur du Vieux Nice, quartier très animé pourtant sans aucune nuisance ! A moins de 5 minutes de la plage et du cours Saleya… en plein cœur historique, restaurants, bars, musées, château …Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant sur place avec Laurent, contact très fluide, tout aussi attentif et bienveillant avec Jocelyn, le prioritaire en amont. Coup de ❤️5/5!
