Located in the highest end building on the beach featuring world class amenities you could not ask for more. The Ocean Vistas building boasts an oceanfront pool, hot tub and fire pit. Just step out the building to those features and then down the ramp to the beach. The building also has an oceanfront fitness center, a club room with large TV and pool table, and a business center. The unit has all the space you could want and more with dual master bedrooms featuring King beds and each with attached bath, spacious kitchen, dining room, and family room with large flat screen TV. We stayed in 604 which is ocean front. This condo is beautifully decorated. The early morning sunrise from the balcony is breathtaking. The sitting area in the master bedroom lets you see the beach and ocean without being out in the heat on the balcony--it was very hot the week we were there. Staff was very friendly and checked on us throughout our stay to see if we were having any problems or needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

The Nicest Place We Have Stayed In

In spite of cell phone issues on our part, when we were able to contact our host she was most understanding of our situation. Once we got our communication issues worked out, our host met us immediately, gave us a tour of the facilities and got us settled in. The condo unit and building were among the best in the entire area.The only minor criticism we have was that the cleaning crew had failed to flush out the jacuzzi tub pump system when they cleaned. I flushed the system out after we arrived and noted a significant amount of debris in the tub water after flushing the system. The system remained clean during our stay. The checkout process was smooth. We chose this venue because other family have been staying a week at this venue for 4 years consecutively. We were so pleased with out stay that we are planning to stay at this venue again next year.

My family and O had a great time .

Peggy was quick to answer any questions we had. The condo was very clean . It was not on the beech side but the balcony was awesome It had a great breeze and great view of the sunset over looking the Bay. It was stocked with all the necessities you need . 2 parking spots in garage side by side was nice . We have stayed at Ocean Vistas 5 or 6 times and never had a bad experience . Great place to take the family . We will be back.

Overall, a nice place to stay!

Condo and building are very nice.... some appliances need updating or repair (eg. dishwasher, oven), low water pressure in guest shower; check-in window very short (3-6pm) compared to other places we have stayed. Check-out time (10am) too early given price. Kaylee (concierge) very helpful and friendly!

The building common areas are very nice, high quality, and clean. Security for the building is excellent. However, I was disappointed with this unit. It is in need of an overhaul. The fireplace did not work, the outdoor grill was unusable, needs to be replaced, the fan in the living room was broken and had no way to turn it off, maintenance had to be called, light bulbs missing or burnt out, it took days to figure out how to use the main TV. I could go on and on. I would not rent this unit again. The pictures in the listing looked like a high-end unit. The building is high-end but the unit clearly is not.

Nice condo building, shady area

The condo was OK-comfortable, spacious, clean upon arrival. I immediately noticed that the second room does NOT have 2 beds as pictured in listing which was quite deceiving. Beds were very comfortable however. Fireplace didn’t work which was a bummer since we had planned to sit around the fire a couple of night that we knew it would be chilly. Host greets you and takes you on tour of facilities-not exactly what you want to do after a multiple hour long drive with your 4 kids but we tolerated. The parking situation was awful. One night we had to actually go up to another persons room to ask them to move their vehicle because they were on the parking line and we couldn’t park! The spaces are WAY TOO NARROW. Yea, you can park your car-good lick squeezing yourself and your kids out of the doors though. It was just such an annoyance anytime we left/returned. The area itself was not what we expected AT ALL. There are cops constantly sitting out across the street in wait I assume because of all of the transients & seedy people you see around the area-not the mention the extremely questionable “tattoo shop” across the street with visitors all hours of the night and morning (2-3 am)..sketchy sketchy. Doesn’t feel safe at all outside of the condo. Condo itself did feel pretty secure once you’re in the parking gate. Kitchen was well stocked-bring your own cutting board though! All in all the actual condo was OK, It just wasn’t the vacation that we had anticipated at all.

Great Place to Saty

The apartment is huge! It's well equipped and right on the beach. The balcony does not face the beach and is in fact over the main road, which at any time other than bike week will be fine as the traffic isn't that heavy and the views over the inlets are really pretty. You also get more sun on the balcony than if you faced the ocean. The master bedroom is beyond large but the bed in the other bedroom is far more comfortable. I found the master bed way too firm but that's just me, you may love it. Th kitchen is spacious and very functional, the dining area and the living areas are good sizes and you can get on the balcony from both bedrooms and the living room. The pool and hot tub area are great. My only gripe is that you have to swipe out onto the beach and back again and into the apartment block, which seems a bit overkill. It's probably just under a mile and a half to Main Street but it's a great walk over the sand there and back or just there if you have too many beers and want to get an Uber back :) All in all a great place to stay
