Lovely condo/Great location

We enjoyed our short stay and are already looking forward to returning. The condo is lovely and in a great location. The living room and outdoor patio area were very inviting and comfortable. We slept well in the comfy king bed and enjoyed getting to make our own coffee and enjoy it on the patio. We were able to walk to Harbour Town to enjoy the sights, tour the Lighthouse, do a little shopping, and savor the delicious food. I also got to play a round of golf at the George Fazio golf course; a bucket list item for me. My wife rode the golf course with me and got to share this special experience and beautiful course. Great condo and trip!!

Cozy Townhouse in Harbor Town

The property and location were great. As advertised, but the dryer didn’t work. The property manager was nice enough to help dry my wet clothes and delivered them back to me. Great time, would recommend.

Quiet and comfortable stay

Nice place

It was a nice stay. The place is small with only a loft. I somehow missed seeing that on the post. It was clean, but there was a dirty pan put away. It would be nice if there was bare necessities like I am used to at VRBO's. ie., oil, tin foil, saran wrap. After I bought salt and pepper, I saw the small ones on counter. Thank you for laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and bath soap.

The location is the best part the property itself is nice as well older property of course and good use and refreshening the caretaker there said they were going to put in new carpet or rather new flooring soon because it did have some stains that could not be removed certainly it's no fault of the owner. This is a very nice property and it's so close to the Harbor and lighthouse and all the little restaurant excellent place

Marshview relaxation

Great location, just right for two, the loft upstairs was a bit warm- but it was 92-95 degrees outside. Nice stay!

The Perfect Stay

Amazing location just a few minute walk to Harbour Town and the bakery for breakfast. The villa was spacious and very clean with the best view of the marsh in the backyard. We enjoyed the pool and being close to everything that Sea Pines has to offer. We will definitely be back!

A Cozy Stay

This 1 bedroom was cozy and convenient to the marina. You can hear the festivities taking place at night but also enjoy the feeling of seclusion while sitting out back. Great for a couple needing a short time away. Bathrooms are in need of an update.

Overall Fantastic

This place was in a wonderful location, not even a two-minute drive down the road from Harbour Town. My only complaints are that there was mold in every single air vent inside the place, and while I understand that there is a lot of humidity and moisture in the area all year round, it really should have been taken care of before my boyfriend and I began our stay. Also I wish that there were photos of the bathrooms included in the listing; in terms of cleanliness they were great. They were just a bit smaller than I would have liked. My last thing is that there was a crack in the toilet seat of the upstairs bathroom. Assuming that was caused by the guests who stayed in the unit prior to us, it’s something that should’ve been fixed before we arrived. Those minor things aside, location was great, bathrooms, floors, kitchen, etc were clean, and we had a great time!

Clean and Nice

This was a nice condo. It is smaller so keep that in mind for family's. We had four (2 adults and 2 children) and it was barley big enough to sleep us. You definitely could not fit four adults. Please consider updating the queen mattress to a king.

Location to Harbor Town was a real plus. Unit was comfortable, clean, as advertised. Could use a bit of freshening but it was just as advertised. I'd recommend it for the price paid.

Nothing would stay plugged in any of the outlet. Kitchen didn’t have anything in it… No salt and pepper not even an ice cream scoop. Carpets were filthy and stains everywhere.

Eh....

For a place in Sea Pines close to Harbor Town and for the price, it was ok. It has your basic needs; bed, shower, kitchen, laundry, cable TV, if you care. What I didn't like; the carpet had stains everywhere, the coffee table was about to fall apart, we had a lot of rain one day and the carpet along the back glass was soaked, the back door barely shuts, the door from the laundry room that goes outside barely shut, I'm not sure the bed was even a queen, most everything you plug in tries to fall out of the socket because they are so old and used up, kitchen was small and crowded, we thought the stairs going to the loft were going to fall down at some point they were so loose and noisy, the bathtub faucet hot and cold was backwards, rooms on the front side of the unit were freezing cold while the back side were about right, there was left over food in one of the sink drains (that's basic cleaning stuff there), it seems to be infested with some sort of inch worm/caterpiller (we saw 10 or more)....I'll just stop there. I think you get the picture. Put it this way, if I had no other place to stay in Harbor Town area I would consider it again, but otherwise, I'll pay more to not rent this place.
