This gorgeous, beachfront condo is ready to be your home away from home for your next getaway to the Sunshine State! Admire the unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico from your very own balcony that is equipped with an outdoor dining area–now dining can be al fresco and with a view! After lunch, you can wind down in the living area and watch a movie or head to one of the large swimming pools in the resort and take a dip. If the pools are too crowded, don't worry! The emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are mere steps away, so grab your beach towel and sunscreen and enjoy them carelessly. After spending the day whether at the beach or at one of the shared pools, rest your body in the shared hot tub available. Take care of your physique at the well-equipped fitness room or by playing a game of hoops at the community basketball court.

This beach abode is part of the Tidewater Beach Resort, which is conveniently located just a stone's throw from the beach and ocean and all the fun Panama City Beach has to offer! Stroll along Front Beach Road and you'll find endless dining opportunities. Pier Park is less than one mile away and it's a great place to find unbeatable sales and great stores.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 30.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
