This unit is lovely!! Owners thought of pretty much everything! Beautifully maintained inside the unit, very clean and decorated nicely. Plenty of starter supplies & linens and beach gear for our stay. Some areas outside the unit need attention, but we actively saw staff working on projects. Overall would definitely recommend for renters!!

This property was awesome. Very nice and clean. They have all the stuff you need for a great day at the beach. The resort is awesome with tons of stuff to do. My family had an awesome time and will definitely consider this property again.
This is the beach right out front of your own entrance to the beach.

Short visit

Me and my daughters visited Hilton Head island for a short stay. Melanie was very helpful on things to do and see. The condo was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent beach Getaway!

We had an awesome vacation at this property! Everything was smooth from the communication, property location, and we loved the beach wagon with chairs, umbrellas and toys. It was a perfect stay from start to finish, and there were a couple of days we didn't even leave the resort! We will be back and highly recommend this condo!

Comfortable condo

Nice condo. Clean and comfortable. The complex is spread out so plan on a lot of walking. Melanie is super helpful. Always available when needed. Personally for my needs the unit could use a recliner other than that it was good.

Great Rental location

We enjoyed our stay and the location! The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. No need to bring beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas or toys. This was all available to us.

Great stay!

My boyfriend and I had a great week stay here . The property was very clean and cozy and the amenities were wonderful. The pool was great and only a short boardwalk to the beach . Melanie our host was excellent at Communication and very kind . We absolutely will be back !

Relaxing Family Vacation

The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. Private beach area was well kept and not crowded at all, great for the kids to play. Very nice resort with plenty of things to do.

Beautiful Island Getaway!

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation on HHI. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was very nice. The location was perfect. It's located near grocery stores, shopping, great restaurants, bike trails, golf courses and the ocean! My husband had a pass to the Harbour Town Golf Championship on Saturday. I enjoyed my daily walk on the boardwalk to the beach. Coco's (restaurant) is located at the end of the boardwalk. We enjoyed spending an afternoon there. We people watched and visited with others while watching a volleyball game. The weather was perfect. The condo complex had so much to offer. I rented a bike and enjoyed the outdoor pool in building one. We really enjoyed our getaway and would love to come back. It's a beautiful island.

Very accommodating

Melanie was a very considerate host who kindly offered some flexibility with check-in and check-out times because we were traveling with a toddler and a grandparent who became sick during our stay. Quick to respond to questions. The condo was in excellent condition and conveniently located in a building between the large outdoor and indoor pools, and a short walk to the boardwalk which takes you over the marsh and to the beach. The buildings themselves and Hilton Head Resort facilities use a little updating, but her individual condo was clean, updated, comfortable, and slept four of us easily. Really, a great bargain for the price, would certainly stay here again.

Family Getaway

My husband and our daughter came for a relaxing vacation before she moved back in her college dorm. Melanie was wonderful to deal with and the condo was very cute! There is a walk to the beach but the bridge over the tidal marsh makes for a pleasant experience. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Cute Clean Condo!

Enjoyed our stay here. Worked well for a family of 5. Loved the fully equipped beach locker. The resort is very close to grocery store, shopping and dining.

Beautiful Condo!!!

We had a very comfortable stay at this condo. It is so cute and the owners have literally thought of everything - down to the smallest detail to ensure a nice stay. I had several questions and Melanie was so quick to respond. We had never been to this resort before and didn't really know what building to pick - but after staying here I would highly recommend building 2 and this unit. It is a little quieter than some of the other buildings, but still close to the main outdoor pool and beach walkway. It doesn't have a water view, but honestly not many units in this resort do - but the views are still nice and it had a great patio and the courtyard of this building had beautiful gardens. We did use the golf cart over to the beach a few times and we never had much of a wait - it was very convenient. The pool at building 1 was pretty crowded, but we were usually able to find a spot. You must try Coco's on the beach if you stay here - delicious food! The location of the resort is pretty convenient to most things on the island - just a few minutes to Coligny and Shelter Cove shopping is literally 2 minutes away. We were most impressed by how clean the buildings were - they may be a little older, but well maintained. I would highly recommend this unit - we hope to return someday!!
