Le Bayberry By The Sea est une maison de ville meublée au design en bord de mer. Elle est située dans un quartier résidentiel exclusif et paisible de la plage de Kennebunk. Nous avons prévu tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour des vacances de luxe à la plage, que vous soyez un couple ou un petit groupe de cinq personnes maximum.
Des tarifs spéciaux hors saison sont disponibles.

Profitez de l'intimité et de l'espace de votre propre escapade de deux étages où vous voyez et entendez le bruit des vagues et sentir les brises de l'océan. Regarder les surfeurs, bateaux de homard et de voile ou de se asseoir sur l'un des trois ponts et lire un livre, aller nager, marcher sur la plage, ou de la randonnée les chemins au conserves de conservation à proximité. Vous êtes à seulement 1,5 kilomètre des restaurants gastronomiques, des galeries d’art, des boutiques et des antiquaires à Kennebunkport et à 35 minutes de la charmante ville de Portland dans le Maine et de Portsmouth dans le New Hampshire. Vous pouvez même prendre le train à Boston pour la journée.

Gay was wonderful. She let me know up front about work being done on the property. In addition, we had a slight mishap the first night which she addressed immediately. The condo is beautiful and in a perfect location, especially if you enjoy walking on the beach.

My husband was floored by all the items at the condo - He counted 130 steps from the back porch to the beach. We will return - the new decks will only improve the overall beauty......

Clean, well stocked, great location

This is a wonderful house. It is clean and so thoughtfully stocked. The pre-trip communication was great and for the few things we needed to ask while we were there, Gay responded immediately. The location and the view of the ocean is amazing. We would go back any time.

Kennebunkport beach stay

Lovely townhouse sleeps 5. Beautiful ocean views. Very easy access to downtown Kennebunkport. Very comfortable. Parking right outside the front door. We had a great stay during the Christmas Prelude festivities.

Wonderful Kennebunk Stay

We really enjoyed our time at Gay’s townhouse. The unit was immaculate, very well equipped and we just loved that view! When we walked into the unit, we were in awe, as we thought it was even more beautiful than the photos. The beds are very comfortable & we slept great enjoying the sound of the surf. We would love to rent again!

Great beachside stay

Fabulous house at Gooch's Beach with balcony and living area looking out to the water. An easy 20 minute walk into the picturesque town of Kennebunkport. Comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen, good beds and showers. Communication with Gay is excellent. Highly recommended.

Lovely beachside getaway

My parents and I spent a lovely week at Gay’s house near the beach. Location couldn’t be beat - we could see (and hear!) the ocean from the house, which was wonderful. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, with many thoughtful touches. The kitchen doesn’t have a ton of surfaces for meal prep but still quite workable. Overall a great stay!

A Wonderful Week Watching the Ocean from Our Deck

My sisters and I spent a week in this condo. It was so spacious, bedroom for each of us and 2 full and one half baths. The condo was clean and updated. Gay, the owner, was in touch if we needed her. The week there was more than we hoped for, it was wonderful and we hope to go back.

Perfect stay!

The condo is spacious and well-laid out. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first level, and a bedroom and half bath on the second (main living) level make this condo perfect! Place was immaculate upon our arrival. And the best stocked rental I have ever stayed in. Proximity to the beach is amazing - especially when you have little ones and need to run back and forth constantly. We watched the fireworks from the deck and the backyard and had a perfect view away from the crowd. Cannot say enough great things about the place and the host! She was available and responsive when needed. I cannot wait to return!

Amazing sea-side location

My wife and I stayed at Bayberry the week prior to Labor Day. The location of the unit is awesome with amazing views of the beach and ocean from the deck…with restaurants and shops close by. There is nothing like sitting on the deck at night, seeing the moon rise over the ocean and listening to the sound of the waves crashing the shore. The unit is well laid out and was clean. The owner, Gay, kept the pantry stocked such that we really only needed to get the fresh produce and proteins. Communication with her was also top notch in every way. We will definitely try to rent there again in the future.

Phenomenal Location with Stunning View Next to the Beach!

My family's stay at this property was one of our best. The house is immaculate, it is one of the most equipped rentals we've ever stayed at & the location is sublime. We had a stunning view of the the ocean for every meal whether on one of the decks or indoors. The location cannot be beat as you can either walk 3 minutes to the beach or 15 minutes to town. Such an easy stay as everything is provided. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a spacious, beautifully curated, equipped & perfectly located rental. Will definitely be back & will recommend to our friends. The owner is thoughtful, ensures the home is immaculate, easy to communicate with and was genuinely interested in making sure we had a wonderful time. We are most grateful. A 5-star property for sure but really deserves 10 stars!

Great Oceanfront Getaway!!

This place is perfect! The townhouse is exactly as listed, with beautiful homey touches! The deck overlooking the ocean is breathtaking and beautiful sunrises! It has all the amenities you need. We were there two weeks ago in November and had every amenity you need, especially in the kitchen! I can only imagine how great it is in the summer! We actually had 60-70 degree weather the 8 days we were there and literally had coffee out on the deck every morning, it was so warm! We walked the beach a lot and everyone is so friendly and neighborly there! Our brother literally went swimming three mornings: in November! Ha! It’s so close to everything: Dock Square is basically down the street! Short drive to Wells, Ogunquit, York, etc. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back next year! The townhouse is so cozy and homey and beds are super comfortable and I wish we stayed 2 weeks! The owner is VERY responsive and nice and check-in was a breeze! If you’re considering this place, DO IT! You will not be disappointed!!

Bel emplacement et tout y est!

L’adresse de l’endroit devrait être plus visible. On a dû attendre 20 minutes que l’agent nous rappelle pour connaître le numéro de l’unité; ce serait mieux si c’était clair dans le courriel. Un seul détail: toutes les commodités sont là sauf torchons.

Wonderful Getaway

The home is in a perfect location with very close proximity to the beach, easy walk to downtown and quick drive to nearby towns. Everything was spotless and we had all we needed for a dreamy getaway to the beach. Loved our stay!

We vacationed in Kennebunk for many years and love being close to the ocean and the charming area. It was a big decision to buy our townhouse as we live in Connecticut. It has turned out to be a great joy for us.

The ocean view, beautiful sandy beach and lovely quiet neighborhood were too much for us to resist. There is so much to do in the immediate area we never get bored - great dining, sophisticated shops, art galleries, antiques, golf, walking the beach, sailing, and hiking on trails keep us busy. The short drive to Portland, Portsmouth, Freeport, Camden - there is no end to the places to discover.
