Family get-away at the beach

This was our first outing during the Covid crisis, we just needed time out of the house! We selected the property due to the quiet / less-commercial area & less crowded beach & were not disappointed. I believe this was the first rental since Covid (3 months in) started and there were a few issues associated with that but Elizabeth got all of those issues corrected very quickly with a call and a few texts. We lounged in the pool every day and enjoyed the many gathering areas. The huge garage was used for storing our paddle-board & kayaks - there is also a nice bar & table where we played cards, watched TV & prepared pool drinks. The walk to the beach is really short as there is a walkover/access point very close by. The beach is fantastic & was not crowded at all. There is also a nice kayak dock/ fishing pier on the inter-coastal side just a short drive away that we took advantage of. The property has a parking area perfect for our jet skis next to the driveway. We found a great public boat ramp at the lighthouse/inlet park area to put in - it's about a 10 minute drive south. There is also access to drive onto the beach in the same area. The porch over the pool was a nice spot to hang out for coffee in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for cooking. I would say a few extra chairs at the dinner table would be a good addition but there were plenty of folding chairs available in the laundry so everybody could sit around the table (we had 8). The bedrooms all had good mattresses but no table lamps - suggest adding those for the readers. The downstairs bedrooms did not have any odors as sometimes happens with lower floors and there is a nice sitting / bar area adjacent to that. WiFI was good all around the house & there is DirectTV fornews/ entertainment. This is a good spot on the island - about 15 minutes to Publix & other stores & well away from the hustle of Daytona.

This spacious home was exactly as described, functional and pleasant.

My guests and I enjoyed our stay very much. I highly recommend this property, location is great, quiet neighborhood and nicely amenitied.

Perfect place for us!

Short walk to the beach, pool in the back was perfect for evenings and the house as a whole was clean, spacious and well kept. We will be staying again in the future!

It's everything you see in the pictures, and the privacy is great. It is a true Paradise Villa , most beautiful house in the neighborhood inside and out.

Great stay

We had an amazing time staying here for our family vacation! The house very comfortable fit 8 adult family members and a baby. There was even one extra room :) The garage area is perfect for coming in from the beach , etc. The pool was clean and nice and the home was a few blocks from the beach with an easy- to- access entrance. The owner, Elizabeth, was great at communicating. We had a small issue with an appliance and she had the handyman fix it right away. We love the house and the memories we made there this week with our whole family!
