The house, located 6 blocks from the Market, 1 block from the gorgeous renovated Gaillard, and1 block from Marion Square, and is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and colleges. This is an amazing location!!!!
The unit has is a gourmet chef’s dream kitchen stainless steel appliances (double oven, 6burner, grill, halogen heating lamps), fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas central heat/air, washer/dryer, original heart pine floors throughout and water is included, side piazza and back sun porch, and small backyard.
