Classic Cape Cottage, Walk to Beach, Historic Menauhant Community w/ Yacht Club
Nestled in a historic summer community called Menauhant (Falmouth, MA), our Classic Cape Cottage inspires unhurried summer days in which cherished family memories are made. The cottage soaks in the generations with a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower upstairs, and topped off with an outside shower. A wide, welcoming front porch off the living room overlooks the front lawn. Walking community with beach access.
Associated with Menauhant Yacht Club during the summer season, offering swimming, tennis and sailing programs for an additional weekly fee [approximately $125 (adult), $160 (junior) or $80 (senior) per week; discount for multiple weeks]. Friendly, family-oriented community with activities for both the kids and adults (e.g., "Sail & Sizzle" events, dances, capture-the-flag and softball games) are the highlight of everyone’s summer. A quiescent harbor-side private beach is available with membership. Enjoy the community’s ocean-side, deep-water beach with access to Vineyard Sound or Bourne’s Pond inland for clamming, crabbing and kayaking.
