Amazing location. Close to everything you want but secluded enough that it is still a serene mountain get away. It is family friendly and very responsive property manager. My family and I would definitely come back.
Overall, we loved our stay. There are some outlets in the kitchen that are not working. The only one that worked was the one with the Keurig. No big deal. We made due with what we had. We still loved our stay and rebooked for next year.
We had a wonderful stay here! The property was excellent for our 2 families, with plenty of room and things to do! It was centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, so it was easy to get to all the attractions. Beautiful views from the porches, and great amenities. I would definitely recommend it, and will stay here again if I’m in the area!
The cabin was everything we hope for and more. Everyone had there space and not cramped at all. Location of the cabin is between Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge in which was very convenient for us all. My family will definitely stay again. The view was breath taking!
This was the perfect cabin for our family. We had 6 adults in our group. We had plenty of room. The cabin was very clean. The location of the cabin was perfect. It is located in the woods however it is not a far drive to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and The Great Smokey National Park.
Cabin has a nice layout. We loved staying there. Plenty of room and nice amenities. The deck railing needs to be looked at as it moves about 4-5 inches if leaned on. It looks like it was just replaced but was very poorly done. Everything else was great we loved staying here and would stay here again!!

The decking issue has been resolved!! The deck was newly installed before this stay and it was not completed to our satisfaction. We have completely reinstalled the deck so that it is safe and does not wobble. We apologize that the initial work was not done properly! So glad you enjoyed our cabin despite the issues with the new deck. We hope you'll come back to stay again!
We really enjoyed the cabin. Family of 10 had plenty of room for everyone. We had breakfast and dinner together several days kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. Enjoyed sitting out on the decks. Went to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Everyone had a great time. Thanks for the memories.
My wife and I, our two kids (16 and 11) and my wife’s parents stayed for 4 nights. The listing gives a great idea of the layout and we picked this property specifically because it had three levels (room for everyone) and its location (between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge). The cabin was great except for very noisy mattresses and box springs. Every slight move in the bed was very loud causing the other person to wake up. The decks were amazing.
We had a great time. The cabin is at the top of a hill.
If you are driving anything but small cars only 2 will fit beside the cabin and 1 out front (we had 2 trucks and a car thankfully). The railing on the back of the top deck is a little wobbly. Cleanliness was great. Enough blankets and pillows to go around. The light out front goes off and on all night so don’t let it scare you.
The sofa is worn and needs to be cleaned. Kitchen pans need replacing. Hot tub was very small. We are five sisters and couldn’t enjoy the hot tub together. The view was beautiful.
This property boasts wonderful views of the mountains. The nicely refinished upper deck served as a common coffee/ relaxing spot on our trip. The location was central to anything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area.
We encountered a few issues that we either fixed ourselves or contacted the very responsive property host. A couple of items that keep this from a 5 star rating: 1. Hot tub chemicals were off and bleached out bathing suits 2. Property owner only provided limited cleaning supplies, specifically only 2 trash bags for a week long stay with kids. Both of these items are easy to fix.
I would not hesitate to bring my family back to this rental.
Process was easy for renting the property. We had 9 people staying. The downstairs water pressure was low, but the other floors had no issues. There is a steep road to get to property, but we had no trouble with our vehicles. The property was in between downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had a great time!
View was nice. Narrow steep road to get to the cabin, which you would expect to get that nice view in the back:) My SUV did fine getting up to the cabin. Plenty of parking which was nice. Some things needed to be fixed, but overall, we have a great stay.
We had a great time at this property! Such a beautiful view and the location was close to everything! The first ride to the actual cabin was a little unnerving on the winding mountain road, but we quickly got used to it. We would definitely recommend and will be back!
Great cabin with wonderful view! Check-in was smooth and everything was clean and ready. Plenty of dishes, cookware, blankets, etc. Nice big gas grill that worked perfectly.
We were very pleased and will stay here again!

About the host

After vacationing for years with our family in the great Smokey Mountains, we knew we had to own our own piece of paradise. This cabin is named after our daughter, Haven, and we take great pride in presenting it well! We hope you will enjoy it as much as we have!
Why they chose this property
This property had all that we were looking for when it came to space to fit our family as well as location to the many activities that we like to do. A mountain view was a non-negotiable for us as well as a view from the inside of the cabin.
What makes this property unique
East access by car (not too steep of a driveway), bunk bed room, located in the middle of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, lovely, updated decor.
